Former MOMOLAND member Yeonwoo appeared on "Law of the Jungle." During the episode, she confessed her biggest insecurity to Kim Byung Man. The singer said that she wasn't confident with her talents. Yeonwoo also shared that she was bad at singing and dancing.
"Before, I used to train at an entertainment company mainly for actors and actresses but then I was recruited by my current agency. I was initially afraid to take the lessons because I know I wasn't talented enough with singing and dancing," she said.
"But I didn't give up. Even when I'm bad at it, I wanted to give it my best shot," Yeonwoo continued.
Kim Byung Man then asked her to rank herself among all the MOMOLAND members. The former member surprisingly answered "last." However, people are surprised, even Byung man, because Yeonwoo used to be one of the popular members of the group due to her gorgeous looks.
After saying "I'm last," she teared up. She then shared how insecure she was and had always thought that she could still do better. "Maybe I also have talents but I'm not as great as all the other members. I always thought I can still do better."
After her confessions, Byung Man consoled her and said that even if she thinks that way, other people don't. She just has to stop being too hard on herself. "Everyone has different strengths, don't you think you have your own as well? I may not have the perfect answer for you but I'm me and you are you."
Yeonwoo then explained that she's also impatient so maybe that's also a reason why she's insecure. Byung Man then answered with a bit of advice saying "it's okay to be a little impatient. That way, you can discipline yourself."
After the heart to heart conversation with Byung Man, the former MOMOLAND singer felt grateful. She expressed how thankful she felt of having a deep conversation and receiving advice from one of the seniors in the entertainment industry. Since she always felt that she cannot share her problems with her fellow young and younger talents as it may be too much of a burden for them.
"Thank you so much. I'm really not that great at talking and sharing my problems but thanks for listening. I don't really have anyone to talk things with so it's great that I was able to vent out."
