IU has recently released a "Jieun Book" for UAENA, IU's official fan club. It features IU's answers to a compilation of questions that were anonymously asked by her fans.
One of the questions that caught the fans' attention was "what was the biggest lie you ever told your parents?" The singer replied with "I've been sleeping well."
Fans felt heartbroken and worried but at the same time IU's answer also warmed their hearts. They said that IU is a great child because despite of her busy schedules, she didn't want to worry her parents. It just shows that the singer values and loves her parents too much. One fan even said, "This may be a short answer, but it says so much." Another fan said, "IU is beautiful and also has a pretty heart." Fans also wished her wall saying "stay happy and healthy Jieun!"
Right now, IU is on the road with her “LOVE, POEM” tour.
