Samsung Is Officially In Partnership With BTS

Today February 19, Samsung announced its official partnership with K-pop band BTS to boost the marketing of its new smartphones globally!

Earlier this year the ARMYs concluded a suspicion about the partnership of Samsung at the yearly Big Hit Entertainment business briefing when one of the BTS members appeared on Samsung Galaxy S20 phones at the Samsung Unpacked event.

News added that the Boy band won't just be appearing as brand models but would also do numerous activities for the promotion of Samsung's future products.

They are hoping that this partnership will be able to handle a strong fan base that will allow them to target the millennial worldwide.

Samsung mentioned that it will be supported by augmented reality (AR) service that will show the BTS members explain their art perspective through it.

They will also provide a tool called "AR Docent" that can be downloaded through their Galaxy devices, this will allow them to experience the CONNECT BTS via augmented reality (AR) members RM, Jin and Junkook will show and explain the instructions for navigating the tool. The fun part is that you can take photos with your "bias" through its AR.

Samsung will focus first with the global contemporary art initiative "CONNECT, BTS" and will expand their collaboration to other areas, said the officials.

"CONNEC BTS" is a global project to connect five cities which are London, Berlin, Buenos Aires, Seoul and New York plus the artists who will contribute their unique philosophy and imagination through art.

It aims to ignite the relationships between art and music, from artists to their viewers, even artists to artists, theory, and practice.

The well-known brand also put up a media facade showing its Galaxy devices that are for an art project in Seoul and New York.

"We hope we can deliver a good experience to fans of BTS and Galaxy devices around the globe through collaboration with BTS," a Samsung official said.

Good luck and Congratulations to the Kpop Super Band BTS!
