Sandara Park, a former member of 2NE1 and an idol, considered one of the best celebrities during her career, posted on her social media account with the hashtags "#IndependenceMovementDay #CheeringForKorea," announcing the March 1 Independence Movement to global fans beyond Korea.
Actor Song Ilgook released a photo of the Song triplets carrying the Korean flag to mark the March 1 Independence Movement. Song Ilgook posted pictures of his triplets son named Daehan, Minguk, and Manse, holding the national flag on Instagram last Saturday. In the photo, the triplets dressed up in navy suits and bow ties posing proudly with the Korean flag.
Song Ilgook also said, "It is the 101st anniversary of Independence Movement Day! I hope that all of Korea will overcome the coronavirus with one mind." Netizens were pleased to see the three big twins shouting "Hooray for the Republic of Korea!" which is also the meaning of their names combined.
In a much recent activity of entertainment program, Jeon Hyeoseong, said, "The third-class holder of the Korean history test, third-class student until middle school, and 10th-class student in high school, is celebrating the 101st anniversary of the March 1 Independence Movement. I'm sure you're all anxious and tired, but as always, I think we'll be able to get through it this time as well," she cheered the people.
Jeon also said, "I thank many of you for not hiding and quickly finding out who you are. I wish you all good health! #Hurrah for Korea #Hurrah for Korean Independence," she said, hoping that the country will overcome COVID-19 as soon as possible.
On the same afternoon, Lee Gukjoo also uploaded on their social media, saying, "Korea #ThankYou #LoveYou #CheerUp #Fighting," along with a picture of the national flag fluttering in the wind.
Moon Seyoon, who has been active in KBS 2TV's "1 Night 2 Days Season 4" and tvN's "Amazing Saturday," said, "2020.03.01 Let's get through the more moving Taegeukgi that we draw with children every year! South Korea!" he said, revealing a photo of himself hoisting the national flag at his home.
Song Eunyi said, "#Korea #CheerUp. #Thank you." Lee Hwijae and florist Moon Jungwon said, "Let's get through today when the Korean flag you draw with children every year was even more touching! The Republic of Korea!" he recalled the meaning of the March 1 Independence Movement with a picture of the national flag drawn by his twin sons Seojoon and Seoeon.
