Super Junior's Kim Heechul together with Kim Min Ah will be the new hosts for a new music variety show!
The variety entertainment channel KBS Joy in South Korea made their official announcement that they have chosen the hosts that will be serving their upcoming music variety show "20th Century Hit Song."
The production team chose Kim Heechul and Kim Min Ah to host the show because of their incredible musical talents and their influence in the music world.
The show, on the other hand, was described as a "fresh take on newtro," as the "20th Century Hit Song" aims to restore old classic hits of K-pop from 1980 to 1990s.
The program also wants to show its viewers the modern versions of the biggest hits or songs from the 20th century.
"Instead of passing a trend, 'newtro' is becoming its own genre and a part of our culture. We hope that vibes of the 20th-century youth will be able to enjoy and relate to the show together with the youth of today," said the producers of the new music variety show.
