On the recent episode of K-Pop Daebak, solo artist Eric Nam has invited his brothers, Eddie Nam and Brian Nam, on the podcast to talk about the pandemic COVID-19 or novel Coronavirus. The talk never stopped discussing the negative points of the virus, including its effects on the economy and the racism it has come along.

Meanwhile, Eric also shared some very appropriate songs to listen to while you're on lockdown, and you can say that it is no surprise Eric and his brothers have such great taste when it comes to music.

Here are some of the songs that were mentioned during the broadcast.

The first on Eric's recommendation list is "4 Walls" by f(x). Eric is a close friend of Amber from f(x), however, that is not the reason why he chose the song. He giggled just by mentioning this song out of his recommendation. Since you'll get stuck at home for social distancing, you will probably spend most of the time at home within the four walls of your bedroom or living room, which makes the song title very apt. It is an excellent home anthem, just thinking about the title, regardless.

"If everybody's stuck quarantined at home, [then] when you're [stuck] in four walls, maybe it's a great way to listen to a song-just like, 'I'm in these four walls!'" The idol exclaimed.

The second song that was suggested for the COVID-19 lockdown playlist is "View" from the album "Odd" by SHINee. This is another house song from 2015, which was said to be Eric's everyday go-to song because it makes him feel good. As a part of the lyrics in the chorus, the members of SHINee have talked about a breathtaking view, and this can be a metaphor that you can use from a song that can help you visualize the outdoor aspects that you miss while you are inside your room.

The recommendation that came from Eric's brother was "Sunday Morning" by Maroon 5, which was released in 2002. Eric Nam was quick to point out that it is somehow not fitting for the playlist on K-Pop Daebak, but Eddie decided to include it on the recommendation still. During a lockdown, when there's no school or work, every morning can feel like you are stuck on a weekend, and definitely, the song makes sense in this situation.

And last but not least, was Eddie's next suggestion, which was more appropriate for the podcast, and it is "Make it Right" by BTS, specifically the single that has recently collaborated with Lauv. Eric vehemently agreed after thinking about the lyrics where COVID-19 may have brought so many harsh cases all over the world. Still, everyone goes hand in hand for fighting the virus until everything leads to something better.

Eric finished the podcast with the message, "We're going to make this right. [With] this COVID-19, we're going to make it right..."

Eric Nam made such an amazing list of songs for this lockdown. What songs would you also recommend for your lockdown music playlist?
