Former Stray Kids Member Woojin Shared Live Broadcast To Fans + Announced Future Activities

The former member of K-pop group Stray Kids Woojin posted a live-broadcast update on his Instagram account regarding his current state and the things that he has been doing since his departure from the group.

It was on March 19 when Woojin made his first Instagram Live since his departure from his former group Stray Kids. In his live stream, he shared that the reason why he decided to do the live broadcast is that he thought the fans might be thinking what are his activities and what he's been up to since he left the group to become a solo artist.

Woojin shared that he is currently focusing on his self-development and that he's been practicing on some things and he's been working out, "First of, I want to discuss how I have been lately, I have bee currently focusing on my self-development, practicing, and I have also been working out as well. I posted it on my social media," he said.

Woojin also shared his other activities before finally coming up with the idea of focusing on himself. He narrated how he sought peace and contentment by traveling.

"Before fully focusing on my self-development, I went out to travel. I started to organize my thought and rest my mind for a while. I went out on a few trips, and for me, those trips really have been a big help for me. I admit I had a good time doing it. I went to beautiful places and took photos of it and shared it on my social media accounts. I was really happy at that moment also my fans liked them."

Aside from sharing the thing he has been up to lately, he has also shared to his fans the thing he has done that day, and the reason behind hosting the Instagram live, "As you all can see I had my hair and makeup done today, this is because I have done something today. This thing I did is a secret, I cannot tell you all yet but you will all know soon. But for now, this will remain a secret."

Woojin also shared his diet to his fans and that he is just eating one or two chicken breasts a day to help him get the protein that his body needed whenever he works out. He also added that he's been currently working on something and he has been writing his own songs.

Ending his live broadcast, he expresses his gratitude to all of the beautiful fan arts he's been receiving.

It was on October 8, 2019, when Woojin officially left his former group Stray Kids, and because of this their mini-album that time "Clé: LEVANTER," has been postponed, instead of the releasing it on November 25, 2019, it was released on December 9.

Their management, JYP Entertainment released their official statement regarding his departure from the group.

"Hello, this is JYP Entertainment

Woojin who has been a member of Stray Kids has officially made his decision to leave the group because of personal issues and has already terminated his exclusive contract with us.

We express our apologies to the fans with this sudden news

As a result, Stray Kid's mini-album "Clé: LEVANTER," which is supposed to be released on November 25 will be postponed, instead would be released on December 9.

We once again ask for everyone's understanding and for the fans who have waited for a long time.

We ask everyone and the fans to support Woojin as he takes a new path and please continue to support the remaining eight members of Stray Kids who will strive for more success.
