Hyeri Talks About Friendship With Blackpink's Rosé + Plans To Commemorate Girl's Day's 10th Anniversary

The Girl's Day member Hyeri recently sat down for a chat to discuss specific topics in the context of the 100th episode of "Amazing Saturday."

From the start, Hyeri was a part of the show and she gained a lot of recognition for her witty comments and quick reactions.

First, Hyeri addressed SHINee's Key, who on "Amazing Saturday" was a longtime member before he headed to the army. "I missed him a lot," she explained. "I visit him in the army occasionally or see him in private instances, but I look forward to seeing him once more on Amazing Saturday."

When questioned about the show's most unforgettable participant she responded that it was Rosé from BLACKPINK. She said, "We became close friends after she made an appearance on the show. She also participated on my YouTube channel. I'm so thankful to her."

Hyeri has selected AKMU as the guest she wishes to invite to "Amazing Saturday." She stated, "I know they're writing their own lyrics, but they're writing lyrics that are so new we can hardly imagine. I really would like to see them upfront and I look forward to seeing them solving problems here on our show!"

Hyeri also spoke of acting. The interview called out that many fans are expecting her to feature in her next release, and she replied, "I am working on finding a better production. I pray it's a project like 'Miss Lee' which will last long in people's minds."

Girl's day premiered in 2010 and will celebrate its 10th anniversary this year. Hyeri shared, "Today, I have no concrete plans for it. October 29th is our debut's 10th anniversary, so I'm going to begin talking on what kind of celebration we can do for this very day."

She then expressed her love for her friends, stating, "We still have plenty to speak about when we gather that we can only catch up until morning. We all have various characteristics and tastes, but we can now appreciate each other."

In support of efforts to counter the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Hyeri contributed 100 million Korean won (approximately $80.866). She also said, "I was saddened to know that so many people are suffering financially due to COVID-19. Of course, if it was beneficial, I supported the concept of adding only a tiny amount of force. I wish we can all work together to effectively resolve the situation and have a stable and strong spring."

She also spoke via her YouTube channel about interacting with fans, stating, "There has been a lot of stuff the supporters are wondering. If the fans in the forums note down whatever they want, I will try to respond to it as best as I can. If there's a message that they can't see the translations well, then I'll edit it. I'm making every effort to respond to the feedback of the fans." She previously concentrated on making (eating shows) but shared her wish to present different material fairly.
