One person shoved her gift on the passenger seat through the open window, where SeolA was sitting.

Following this incident, Starship Entertainment stated on the group's official fanpage that such conduct is harmful and inappropriate. The company has also established the "no gifts in person" rule.

"Hello, this is Starship Entertainment.

Following the broadcast of MBC Idol Radio on April 14, 2020, some supporters rushed toward the moving van and attempted to give out presents to the members.

Nearly one member got hurt in this case. It could have created a worse incident, just because the supporters have refused to obey the guidelines and act in an appropriate manner.

The same fan will be "banned from attending all forthcoming activities" by Cosmic Girls for infringing it, as well as for increasing the potential danger of an incident for members and other fans on-site.

In response, we will forbid the supporter who violated the protocol of 'no gifts in person' and threatened the member's well-being risking potential harm from all of the official activities of Cosmic Girls."

The agency's decision to bring decisive measures reflected that the actions of the fan weren't in the best interest of the members. K-pop fans also shared their thoughts regarding this issue.

"I get the desperation and all...but people will get hurt."

"Damn, mad b**ches. I seriously can not believe that they're so eager to give the gift that they can't see how risky the whole process might have been. What if she got struck or whatever in the eye? And to try to photograph what took place? And LMAO. I doubt she's a true fan. She's so in passion with herself being in love with a group of idols."

"That could have struck her in the eye and went so wrong. She's nuts."

"It's bad enough to get too close to a moving car. Even if she injured herself."
