OSEN announced on May 6 that Sujeong is reportedly in the final phase of developing her album, and therefore, will capture photographs of the album jacket now.

"Sujeong is getting ready to release a solo album mid-May," Woollim Entertainment verified. This album will represent Sujeong's solo debut six years following her 2014 appearance as a member of the girl group Lovelyz.

After Kei, she will become the second member of Lovelyz to launch a solo record album.

Sujeong recently received recognition on MBC's "Bae Cheol Su Jam" (literal title) for her version of Yoon Shi Nae's "I am Nineteen."

Sujeong is closely involved in several areas of her album creation, such as the lyrics, design, and more, according to the news.

Lovelyz is a girl band founded by Woollim Entertainment in 2014 and is the first group of girls in the agency. The band is made up of eight members, namely Baby Soul, Jiae, Jisoo, Mijoo, Kei, Jin, Sujeong, and Yein.
