The Swedish Pop star Zara Larsson is excited to participate in TWICE's upcoming single "More and More." The singer has also participated in the songwriting process.
The group's upcoming mini-album features several collaborations with various European artists. MNEK and Zara Larsson are just two of the big names included on the list.
The talented musician has shared an exciting post about the album, stating it'll be a blast! It does seem like more Western pop singers are actively engaging in K-pop album tracks. On the other hand, supporters are happy to hear about the upcoming single as TWICE drops more teaser promos.
MNEK worked extensively on "Girls Like Us" for TWICE and "Paradise" for BTS. As for Zara Larsson, the Swedish singer-songwriter also have joined forces with BTS in 2019 for "A Brand New Day."
In addition, LDN Noise organized and formed the fifth song of TWICE's mini-album, Shadow. Having collaborated with several SM musicians and Monsta X, The producer pair announced they had been collaborating on their Instagram account with the girl band in April.
UK musicians, Chloe Latimer and Hannah Wilson are also accredited for the track. Swedish producer Johan Gustafsson and singer-songwriter Josefin Glenmark entirely comprised the second track of this mini-album, "Oxygen."
Gustafsson has managed to work and collaborate with Red Velvet and BoA in the past and is no strange person to the Korean popular music industry.
Fans can also remember the Sophia Pae title on the "Firework" credits. The England-born "Birth of a Great Star 2′′ runner-up has been collaborating with various Kpop musicians which include GFriend, Miss A, and NCT.
The singer-songwriter Ryan Ashley from London co-wrote "Make Me Go" together with the Nayeon from TWICE. The Grammy-winning songwriter is renowned for its H.E.R, M.O, MNEK, and Becky Hill penning tracks. This seems to be his initial recognition to write on Kpop together with Shift K3Y and BB Diamond.
The final producer mentioned under the Grammy nomination is Emanuel Abrahamsson, widely recognized as EMAIL. He joins Iman Conta Hultén and Imani Williams on "Don't Call Me Again"
TWICE returns with its ninth mini-album, "More and More" on 1 June 2020.
TWICE's RECOGNITIONS AND NOMINATIONS
TWICE earned its first-ever candidacy and award for the Best New Female Artist at the 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards, preceded by yet another New Artist grant at the 2016 Golden Disc Awards.
In 2016, on the May 5 episode of M Countdown, TWICE received their initial music program trophy for "Cheer Up."
The band has also managed to win multiple big and grand prizes which include "Cheer Up" Song of the Year in two main music awards events, Melon Music Awards and Mnet Asian Music Awards.
In 2017, "Signal" got the second Song of the Year title at the 2017 Mnet Asian awards ceremony from their fourth extended play of the very same title, making themselves the first group to gain the prestigious award in succession.
TWICE posted far more victories in a single year with a total of 36 music program awards in 2017. By May of the preceding year, they have become the first band to win seven successive Triple Crowns at Inkigayo.
