The Girls' Generation member Taeyeon was selected as the cover model for the June edition of 1st Look Magazine. During the interview, she poured her emotions about her supporters, and shared her tips to keep up with the fast-changing style.
The singer decided to open up about how she treasures her fans especially in how they chose to stick with her since the very beginning of her career. Taeyeon couldn't resist to cry in appreciation on the thought that the SONE's had been with her for 12 years.
She genuinely commended and acknowledged them for loving her all these years and shared her appreciation for them that could not be described in words!
"Each time I think of my fans, I get emotional. I get mixed feelings like gratitude, affection, and joy. I really can't explain it. I just get speechless.
The realization that I have supporters who keep on treasuring and loving me without having to change leaves me feeling so incredibly grateful."
Taking into consideration how she can not reach her fans directly because of the ongoing closure of major parties and events, Taeyeon disclosed how she spends most of her time.
She admitted she has been venturing into the world of cosmetic products these days as her spare time leisure activity for reducing stress.
"I go play at a cosmetic store whenever I'm bored and have nothing to do. I'm checking out the latest products and working on other stuff. I try these out at home, too.
For me it has been a way of playing and relieving stress."
Taeyeon is making preparations for the day she gets to reconcile with her SONEs, and with entirely new styles she is planning something special!
She shared how she loves working with and studying the new latest fashion trends and styles from industry experts.
"I try to experiment with drastic changes. Something that would result in a new "me. I particularly enjoy talking about my choices when I'm at a photo session, and I get to come up with ideas around different professionals. Throughout those days, I learn the secrets of business and inside facts."
The queen just thinks about her followers! SONEs should look forward to many more amazing styles that one and only Taeyeon managed to pull off!
TAEYEON's EARLY CAREER VENTURES
Taeyeon's song in the early days was mainly produced ballads for television theme songs. She has been named the "representative singer of mainstream OSTs" with the success of songs like "If" (2008) and "Can You Hear Me" (2009).
Taeyeon's musical genres have evolved since she debuted as a solo act. Her 2015 debut single "I" is coming off for a power-pop sound. The single "Rain" integrates jazz and R&B elements in 2016, whilst also "Why" uses different elements, which include EDM, R&B, and tropical house overpowers.
Her singing capabilities were subject to the interest of many major South Korean producers; in 2009, JYP Entertainment's Come to Play Park Jin-young on MBC's Yoo Jae-suk & Kim Won-hee shared her desire to collaborate with Taeyeon because of her "capacity to create a story through singing."
