International fans can watch Mnet's "Road to Kingdom" broadcast finale and participate in the voting!
A representative from Mnet reported on June 10, "The last live broadcasting of 'Road to Kingdom,' from which the winner that will step on to the competition 'Comeback War: Kingdom' (literal title) will be televised all throughout the globe on June 18, via Mnet's K-pop YouTube channel."
As many international fans are openly watching the show, the producers of the show decided to also have a global live video stream of the final episode. The program will also be broadcasted live on Korea's TV channel Mnet and other areas in which the network is accessible.
Foreign fans can even contribute by voting to the finale episode in real-time. Vote count by international audiences on the Whosfan platform will constitute 30 percent of the final live broadcasting performance, and the remainder of 70 percent will be accounted for by local SMS votes.
The ultimate winner will be determined by means of a mixture of voting for the last live telecast, combined results between one and three contest rounds, combined views of video clips on official Mnet YouTube and Naver TV, and the virtual rating for each band's "comeback" music video (as per Hanteo Chart) which will be made public on June 12 at 6 p.m. KST.
The results from the third round of contests would be disclosed on the forthcoming seventh episode of "Road to Kingdom," which premieres on June 11, together with the total combined total score from each team so far.
For the final round of voting, Mnet will proceed to use their observer system. The observers, run by people from outside the firm, will evaluate and supervise the whole process of collecting and attaching the votes and reflecting the outcomes in the telecast.
