These seven pairs of idol siblings were once signed under the same company and trained together. Some even debuted with each other! Which K-Pop sibling duo is your favorite?
1. IZ*ONE's Chaeyeon and ITZY's Chaeryeong
Prior to debuting in their respective groups, the public was introduced to this pair of sublings when they appeared as JYP Entertainment trainees on SIXTEEN, a survival show the company set up with Mnet to form the girl group TWICE. Both Chaeyeon and Chaeryeong didn't end up making the final-line uo ahd Chaeyeon left the company to join WM Entertainment, while Chaeryeong stayed with JYP.
Chaeyeon would end up joining Produce 48 and made her debut in 2018 with IZ*ONE. Chaeryeong debuted in 2019 with ITZY.
2.BOYFRIEND's Jo Youngmin and Jo Kwangmin
BOYFRIEND debuted under Starship Entertainment in 2011 and gained attention from netizens when two of the members were revealed to be identifcal twin brothers! Sadly, BOYFRIEND disbanded in 2019.
3.f(x)'s Krystal and Jessica Jung (formerly of Girls' Generation)
The Jung sisters may have been the first pair of K-Pop siblings to pop into your head! Both of them made their debut under SM Entertainment. Jessica debuted in 2007 with Girls' Generation, while Krystal made her debut in 2008 as a member of f(x).
In 2014, Jessica Jung was dismissed from her spot in Girls' Generation, subsequently leaving SM Entertainment. She is now active as an actress, model, soloist, and fashion designer under Coridel Entertainment. Krystal is active as a model, idol, and actress and is still signed under SM Entertainment. The two siblings are still seen together often despite being in different companies, with both of them sharing photos together on their social media accounts. Jessica has also featured Krystal on her YouTube video where they made Tik Toks with each other.
4. Crayon Pop's Choa and Way
This pair of twins debuted under Chrome Entertainment in 2012 with Crayon Pop. They were popular amongst the Korean public for being adorable twin sisters and reached virality when the group released "Bar Bar Bar". The group has since disbanded, and Way is active as a YouTuber.
5. Hyoyoung and Hwayoung
These sisters both debuted under MBK Entertainment. Hwayoung debuted with T-ARA and Hyoyoung debuted in F-VE Dolls. Though they were twins, they did not debut together and made their debuts one year apart from each other. The groups they debuted in have since disbanded and they are now active as actresses.
6. INFINITE's Sungyeol and Golden Child's Daeyeol
This hyung-dongsaeng duo both debuted in Woolim Entertainment! Sungyeol debuted in 2010 as a member of INFINITE. Daeyeol, who is two years younger than Sungyeol, debuted in 2017 as the leader of Golden Child.
7. OneUs's Xion and OneWe's Dongmyeong
Originally, this pair of siblings did not debut under the same company. Dongmyeong originally debuted in 2015 as a e member of MAS 0094 under Modern Music Entertainment. The group ended up moving to RBW Entertainment in 2017 and were rebranded as MAS. They then changed their named to OneWe in 2019.
Xion was always under RBW Entertainment and made his debut with OneUs in 2019.
