(G)I-DLE plans to meet their global fans through their online concert on July 5! Cube Entertainment has announced on June 5, Sunday, the upcoming 2020 (G)I-DLE Online Concert "I-LAND: WHO AM I."
Originally, (G)I-DLE was supposed to visit 32 cities around the world in April. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the tour has been canceled and instead rescheduled to an online concert.
Cube Entertainment stated, added, "It was a difficult decision to make, and we appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the health and safety of the artist and audience."
Tickets can be purchased on Global Interpark, and the virtual concert will commence at 3:00 p.m. KST on the 5th of July.
(G)I-DLE has established a partnership with the U.S.-based Republic Records to accelerate the group's trajectory towards worldwide stardom. Their third mini-album "I trust" topped iTunes' Top Album Charts in 61 regions worldwide, entered 5 Billboard charts, and won grand slam in Korea broadcast music shows.
