K-pop idols are also joining the trend of the newest Face App Challenge!

In 2017, the photo editing application FaceApp trended, which lets you modify a photo through special effects. After three years then, the application is creating a buzz once again among netizens, as it came back with better effects, leading people to love it more.

Due to its current popularity, #FaceAppChallenge was created, wherein both males and females share their look if they were born opposite their sex in social media platforms. Indeed, the results are amazing!

In this regard, K-pop enthusiasts are not going to let this trend past without trying it to their favorite K-pop idols! Here are some of the best entries we've found on Twitter and Facebook so far.

1. BLACKPINK Rosé and EXO D.O are twins??

On Facebook and Twitter, a fan-created a male version of BLACKPINK's Rosé, and the result is unbelievable! As soon as the creator uploaded the photo, it immediately draws interest from fans, claiming that the idol looks like EXO's D.O. Now, the inside joke between BLINKs and EXO-Ls, "Is Rosé and DO Twins?"

However, the answer is no, as they are not related in any sense.

2. SM Entertainment's New "Girl Group"

Gaining over 10k reacts on Facebook, EXO-Ls are definitely screaming with this EXO transformation! Fun fact, as the caption says, the photos were teasers of the new SM girl group, some of the comments from non-EXO and non-K-pop fans believed that they were indeed the rookie members!

4. Bangtan Girls As we present to you the "New SM Group," Big Hit is also releasing their new girl group-representing Bangtan Girls! Kidding aside, BTS is indeed a visual group!

6. NCT Jungwoo

Jungwoo's pretty face doesn't even need the app as all he needs is to put a wig to complete her female version-which she actually did! Remember his iconic "Rose" look in Titanic? The face app version and the real-life version doesn't have that much different, though.
