MONSTA X has recently announced that they will take the stage with their first-ever virtual concert in the summer.
The concert will be called "MONSTA X Live From Seoul with Luv" and is presented by LivexLive. The concert will take place on July 26 at 12PM KST and will feature the boy group performing a combination of their English tracks from their 2020 LP "All About Luv", as well as their most popular Korean tracks.
The event will also give fans an exclusive behind-the-scenes look of the group, as well as VIP experiences like MONSTA X merchandise exclusive to the event and an online fan meeting.
In a statement for the upcoming show, the boys said: "We are excited to performing on this one of a kind global concert with so many surprises for our fans, the Monbebes. We miss everyone so much and since we couldn't push through with our tour this year, this will be our message to the world. We are all one, and this is the time for Monbebe and people all around the world to just us live at the same time, and bring out a new energy.
Tickets for the virtual concert go on sale on June 26, Friday, at 8AM EST/9PM KST.
MONSTA X debuted in 2019 and was formed through the reality survival program "No.Mercy" by Starship Entertainment. The initially debuted with seven members. In 2019, Wonho left the group following allegations of owed money and assets, as well as a drug scandal. In March 2020, he was cleared of drug charges and subsequently signed with a subsidiary of Starship Entertainment to pursue a solo career.
MONSTA X is active in Korea, Japan, and the United States. The boys made their Japanese debut in 2017. The group started marking English songs and English versions of their Korean songs in 2018.
