On June 26, KCharts Official and K-Pop Billboard have collected data on the amount mentioned these Korean Acts are on Twitter. (Updated as of June 24). Let's check out who topped the spot for this list for the first half of 2020.
1. BTS
The power of the BTS ARMY has claimed the top for six months this year and three years in the industry. With a year to date count of 300,922,100 mentions, they have continued to reign the spot on Billboard Social 50. As BTS continues to flourish every day with new content from the idols, ARMYs are always thankful for the love that the seven members give them from music videos to daily updates, which we surely know why their fans love them so much!
2. EXO
The second group on the list is none other than SM Entertainment's one and only EXO. With a total of 44,377,100 counts, the group became second in the list. EXO has been pretty active recently with their new releases either as a group or with their solo activities, which helped boost the group's position for being the second most mentioned group in the list.
3. BLACKPINK
The four-membered group from YG Entertainment has been busily preparing for their comeback, making the BLINKs extremely excited throughout the year. Blackpink has finally released their new single "How You Like That?" and the activities made by them claimed the third spot as the most mentioned group in the platform. With a total of 33,612,900, the girls have been making their fans excited for a long time.
4. GOT7
IGOT7 also got their excitement up as the group also made their comeback this year with 'DYE.' The seven dashing members from JYP Entertainment have made it to the top 4 of the list with a score of 24,351,700 counts up to the 24th of June. The members have been completely busy with their solo activities, such as advertising their brand, being ambassadors for numerous products, models for magazines, and a whole lot more.
5. NCT 127
NTC 127 has been smashing records recently as they have reached their first-evermillion-selling album with "Neo Zone" early this year. As the group from SM Entertainment has been continuously impressed by their fans with their promotions, they have gained 17,636,400 estimated counts in their social media.
6. SEVENTEEN
SEVENTEEN has been smashing hearts left and right! With their new comeback "Heng:garae," and being recently acquired by Big Hit Labels, SEVENTEEN has soared high in the list with 16,453,000 counts as the 6th placer for being the most mentioned group in K-Pop. The fans have been exciting the group for their amazingly produced beats and well-made production for this comeback, too!

Despite being under Big Hit Entertainment as the newest rookie group debuted last year, Tomorrow By Together has been giving a fantastic job for keeping up in the charts with their amazing songs that are entirely different from ordinary. From their debut song "Crown," to their second title track "Runaway," and their recently released "Can't You See Me," MOAs are impressed by how broad the genre of music they can handle on stage!
With a soaring 16,152,200, the group reached the 7th spot in the list of the most mentioned groups in K-Pop as the only Rookie group that made it in the top 10.
8. MONSTA X
MONBEBEs would never want to lose as the 8th spot belongs to MONSTA X for the first half of the year. The currently six-membered group has been on the 8th spot, with 15,233,500 mentions for the first half of the year.
9. STRAY KIDS
Stray Kids have been working hard ever since the start of the year and has recently made a comeback for "God's Menu" with a new look from the members. As the hype is up for the group, STAYs continue to work hard as their idols enter the 9th spot, with 11,505,500 mentions on social media.
10. TWICE
And for the 10th spot, TWICE is on the bottom of the list on the 10th spot. The nine-membered group has recently made a comeback with their summery song "MORE & MORE" and has impressed numerous fans nationally and internationally. With a score of 11,254,500, they have entered the top 10.
