It has been over one year since no one breaks this record; that's why fans, particularly BLINKs, are indeed delighted by the new milestone reached by the female group.

In addition to this achievement, BLACKPINK also surpasses its own hit track, "KILL THIS LOVE," which recorded 56.7 Million views on its first day. Thus, BLACKPINK only loses to BLACKPINK!

Furthermore, fans are also praising the girl group for their accomplishments just a day after their release, including debuting in MelOn real-time charts as #1, achieved first roof-hit in MelOn and Genie, breaking the record of most viewers during their MV premiere and many more followed to the list.

Note that this is only a pre-release song prior to their major comeback in September, picking the curiosity of K-pop enthusiasts and netizens as to how massive and huge their full-album release would be.

Meanwhile, aside from their bop song, netizens and media are also impressed with their fashion and new concept, bringing out their inner queen vibes. Recently, K-netizens talks about how their fashion style improved, now that they are individuals representing their respective top luxury brands.

Moreover, on the same day of their song release, BLACKPINK also attended NBC's "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," as the first-ever K-pop girl group that was able to appear in the show, as well as the first group that had their first-ever stage through an American broadcasting program.

The members showcased their outfits inspired by modern hanboks (traditional Korean clothing), representing Korean pop culture with their confident performance. BLACKPINK then became a hot topic due to their outfits, as well as netizens, are amazed by their new hairstyles and colors.

On a short segment with Jimmy Fallon, BLACKPINK was interviewed by the actor-comedian host, asking if what are they feelings following their back-to-back records, including their collaboration song with Lady Gaga titled, "Sour Candy," which reached the Top 40 arena in Billboard Hot 100, as well as the numbers of their social media subscribers.

Jennie then answered, "I don't know. Every time I hear something like this, I freeze."

On the other hand, Jimmy Fallon commended the idols and described them as the group getting the hottest reaction in the world.

"Expressing it as a phenomenon is not enough; they are (BLACKPINK) a group that needs a new word."
