On September 9, Wednesday, HyunA uploaded a short video to her personal Instagram account, where she updated fans on her current health condition.
HyunA asked the fans how they were doing before going into how her current health condition is. "I am working hard to take care of my health and I am exercising as well. I want to thank the fans who keep cheering me on. Each day is happy for me."
She then proceeds to talk about her comeback, and she had to delay it in order to focus on her health. "I was preparing for promotions, but I was unable to keep my promise," she said. "A lot of people worked hard to make it happen, so I feel really apologetic."
She ended the video by promising to gain weight. HyunA said, "I am working hard to gain weight for the betterment of my health. I don't think there is much I can do to except to maintain a healthy weight." HyunA ended the video sweetly by saying, "I hope that everyone will take care of their health too."
On August 22, P-Nation announced HyunA's comeback, "GOOD GIRL", would be postponed. It was announced that HyunA had been fainting numerous times during preparations for her comeback due to her vasovagal syncope.

HyunA first opened up about her vasovagal syncope on her social media accounts. HyunA said, "I was going to see if it was one of the symptoms of panic disorder. But the doctor said it wasn't. I found out that there was a disease called American neurological fainting after having my brain waves checked among other things at a university hospital."
The agency and HyunA have decided to focus on her treatment, putting her well-being as their top priority.
Back on August 26, HyunA also opened up about her depression, panic disorder, an vasovagal syncope. She revealed that she chose to open up about her health conditions was when she fainted while filming an advertisement. She revealed she felt so bad for the people who were present at the filming and for those who had to adjust for HyunA. Following that experience, HyunA chose to announce her health conditions, to be honest with herself, her fans, and the people who work with her.

HyunA is a South Korean singer-songwriter, model, and rapper. She first made her debut as a member of the Wonder Girls in 2007.
