The song peaked at number 14 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart.

IVE - 'ELEVEN'

From the moment Starship Entertainment confirmed they would debut a new girl group, many anticipated their first release. This is because IVE contains two former IZ*ONE members: Ahn Yujin and Jang Wonyoung, with the latter acting as the center of IZ*ONE after winning first place on "Produce 48."

IVE debuted with "ELEVEN" on December 1, 2021. The song was a hit upon release, peaking at number two on the Gaon Digital Chart.

2NE1 - 'FIRE'

"FIRE" was released on May 6, 2009, as 2NE1's debut single. The song was a huge hit in all Korean music charts, topping all on and offline charts in the country.

The song was such a success that American journalist Perez Hilton even shared it on his blog.

6. BIGBANG - 'WE BELONG TOGETHER'

LE SSERAFIM - 'FEARLESS'

LE SSERAFIM's debut was one that was anticipated but also had several drawbacks. For "Produce 48" fans, many were excited to see former IZ*ONE members Kim Chaewon and Sakura debut in the same group as fellow past contestant Huh Yunjin. However, after accusations arose concerning Kim Garam and her past as a bully, their debut was tainted by the scandal.

Despite the backlash over Kim Garam, their debut "Fearless" reached the top ten of the Circle Chart and won the girl group four music show wins.

F.T. Island - 'Lovesick'

"Lovesick" was released on June 5, 2007, and was included in the group's first studio album "Cheerful Sensibility".

It has been covered by numerous groups, such as GFRIEND, I.O.I, TWICE, and Red Velvet.

SS501 - 'Never Again'

"Never Again" was released on June 8, 2005, and was included in the group's first extended play, "Kyeonggo".

The song was a number one hit and was a huge success for the group. It caused their popularity to skyrocket, earning them numerous rookie awards at year-end award shows.

NewJeans - 'Attention'

NewJeans debuted on July 22, 2022, with "Attention." Their debut was a shock to many. While it was reported that ADOR would debut a group and even hinted at their debut date, the company did not reveal the members nor release hints on what their music would sound like; in short, their debut was a surprise.

Despite that, the song debuted at the top of the Circle Digital Chart and was considered one of the best songs of 2022.

SHINee - 'Replay'

"Replay" was released on May 22, 2018, and was included in the debut extended play of the same name.

The song was a huge hit, especially with adult females due to the line "Nuna (older sister), you are so pretty." Their fashion in the music video caused a "SHINee Trend" in Korea, with people copying their style.

KARD - 'Hola Hola'

KARD's debut was considered legendary because they debuted during a time in which co-ed groups were little to none. In fact, until now, they are one of the few active groups that have both male and female members!

Prior to their debut with "Hola Hola" in 2017, KARD released several pre-debut singles, with their most notable one being their first-ever release, "Oh NaNa," on December 8, 2016.

EXO - 'MAMA'

"MAMA" was released on April 8, 2012, and was included in their debut extended play of the same name. The song was released in two versions, one in Mandarin by EXO-M and one in Korean by EXO-K.

Though the song did not chart that high at the time, it has since become a staple in K-pop, with the song even being used in the Mnet survival show "PRODUCE X 101" and the Chinese survival show "Youth With You" from iQiyi.
