The global K-pop band BTS broke another record as they won for three consecutive years at the 2020's "American Music Awards," also known as AMAs. The world-renown artists received new trophies after winning the title for "Favorite Duo or Group" for the pop/rock genre and achieved triple crown for "Favorite Social Artist" following wins for three consecutive years.

The ceremony, which was held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles at 9 a.m. KST on Friday, Nov. 22, announced BTS as "Favorite Duo/Group (pop/rock)," beating Jonas Brothers and Maroon 5. They were also hailed as the "Favorite Social Artist," winning over Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, EXO, and NCT 127.
BTS has been nominated in the category for the third consecutive year since winning the "Favorite Social Artist" award at the 2018 American Music Awards.
The eight-membered group also boasted their visuals where they wore a white shirt and black suit pants, which perfectly matched their performance. The empty concert hall was filled with purple, making it more special for BTS and its fandom, ARMY. Meanwhile, even though the members' clothes were in contrast to "Life Goes On," BTS still showed their excitement with a bright look.
On Nov. 20, BTS released their comeback album, "Be" (Deluxe Edition), and its title track, "Life Goes On," which aims to extend comfort and the message of "life must go on." However, one is faced with an unfavorable situation despite wanting to run away or stop.
