BTS, IU, Dreamcatcher, Everglow & More: KCrush America's Kpop-Music Awards 2020 Winners Revealed

KCrush America's Kpop-Music Awards 2020 winners announced on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2020. Millions of K-Pop fans worldwide, including in the United States, South Korea, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, India, and Russia, have participated in the 23-day voting.

"La Di Da" by Everglow was pronounced as the Song of the Year after getting a 16% of the votes. "Any Song" by Zico and "Dynamite" by BTS followed in the second and third spots with 12% and 9% of votes, respectively.

"Unstable Mindset" by Younha was announced as the Album of the Year for garnering 16% of the total number of votes. "Dystopia: The Tree of Language" by Dreamcatcher and "BE" by BTS came in second and third ranks with 14% and 8% of votes, respectively.

IU and Suga reigned supreme in the Music Video of the Year category after getting a whopping 23% of the votes. "Alien" by Lee Suhyun and "On" by BTS came in the second and third places with 13% and 12% votes, respectively.

BTS, composed of Jin, Jimin, J-Hope, Jungkook, RM, V, and Suga, was promulgated as the winner in the Male Group of the Year category after getting 51% of the total number of votes. The second and third sports are DAY6 and NCT with 16% and 7% votes, respectively.

Dreamcatcher beat BLACKPINK, TWICE, and Red Velvet in the Female Group of the Year category after garnering 20% of the total votes. MAMAMOO ranked second with 18% while ITZY nabbed the third spot with 9%.

For the Best Female Solo category, "Home" by Yezi was proclaimed the winner. "Stay Tonight" by Chungha and "Alien" by Lee Suhyun got the second and third rank for garnering a total of 22% and 13% votes, respectively. "Paradise" by Eric Nam was named the Best Male Solo with 28% of the total number of votes, followed by "Any Song" by Zico with 27% and "Criminal" by Taemin with 15%.

Secret Number was pronounced like the New Female Group after collecting 25% of the total number of votes. The South Korean girl group under VINE Entertainment was followed by XUM with 17% and Weeekly with 15% votes. LUCY, on the other hand, won the Best New Male Group category with 53% votes, followed by TREASURE with 11% and ENHYPEN with 7%.

YooA and Wonho were proclaimed as the Best New Female and Male Artist of 2020. AB6IX won the Best Dance Performance by a Male Group with their hit track titled "Salute," while GFRIEND was announced the winner of the Best Dance Performance by a Female Group with their popular single called "Mago."

Younha beat AKMU, Ailee, KEEMBO, Gavy NJ, GB9, Hedy, Stella Jang, Noel, and So Hee Song in the Best Vocal Performance category with her single called "Dark Cloud." Day6 has announced the Best Rock or Band in 2020 while Jessi was proclaimed bEST Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B, Electronic & Urban with her song called "Nunu Nana."

IU and BTS member Suga won the Best Collaboration for their hit single titled "Eight," while Chungha and R3HAB were pronounced as the winners in the Best Crossover Song with their track called "Dream of You." The Best OST award went to "Crash Landing on You" after it gathered 27% of the total number of votes.
