Dreamcatcher Reveals Their Official Light Stick and Robe

Dreamcatcher has finally unveiled its official light stick after four years, and it definitely goes with its unique concept that is inspired by rock and metal music.

On Jan. 13, Dreamcatcher celebrated their fourth anniversary of debut. What made the celebration more special was the reveal of the girl group's official light stick, plus a robe. During a V Live broadcast, the girls showed the light stick, which features their official colors: Pantone Black 6 C, Pantone 7623 C, and Pantone P 10-6 C. It also has two extension poles that can be put together to form a staff, as demonstrated by the group during the livestream.

In addition, Dreamcatcher's official light stick comes with a globe. All in all, the merchandise gives off a mysterious, and dark theme that makes it more appealing. A picture of the light stick was also uploaded to the group's official SNS accounts. But besides it, Dreamcatcher also unveiled a black robe with an intricate design. The two pieces of merchandise will go on sale in February.

The group's Twitter post also shared that the official light stick and robe is only version 1. This only means that fans can expect a version 2.

As of now, Dreamcatcher is gearing up to make a comeback on Jan. 26 at 6 p.m. KST with their sixth extended play titled "Dystopia: Road to Utopia." It is the third installment of their "Dystopia" series that started in February 2020. Since earlier this month, the girl group has fans puzzling over their mystery code teasers. It is Dreamcatcher's tradition to give mystery codes before their comebacks to excite the fans more. On Jan. 12, the first set of individual teaser images of the seven members were shared. The following day, another set of individual teaser photos were revealed. The sixth EP is Dreamcatcher's first release this 2021 and their first one after five months as their last comeback was in August 2020.

Dreamcatcher's "Dystopia" series began with the launching of their very first studio album "Dystopia: The Tree of Language," which was dropped in February last year. It features a total of 11 songs including the title track "Scream," which is an uptempo EDM-rock single. It also contains two fan songs "Over The Sky" and "Full Moon," as well as Siyeon's solo debut track "Paradise."

The album was followed by the EP "Dystopia: Lose Myself," which was issued in August last year. This became Dreamcatcher's best-selling album to date after selling more than 100,000 copies. It consists of six songs including the intro and instrumental version of the title track "BOCA."
