GOT7 members, Youngjae and JB, recently informed the fans that they don't have a personal YouTube channel.
Ahead of the news that all GOT7 members will not be renewing their exclusive contracts with JYP Entertainment, Dispatch reported that the members will be taking their own paths, with most of them working on solo music, one of them focusing on his acting career, and one them taking the time to provide content for his YouTube channel.

Besides GOT7 Mark's official YouTube channel, a few fans discovered two more, which were created several months ago and are under the names of "coco ars" and "Def. Exhibition." Assuming these belong to members Youngjae and JB, respectively, as the YouTube names are widely known to be related to them, many IGOT7s (GOT7's fan club) immediately subscribed to the channels.
Just a few days following GOT7's departure from JYP Entertainment, these two YouTube channels gained thousands of subscribers, with "coco ars" reaching more than 200,000, while "Def. Exhibition" had over 100,000.
The assumed YouTube channel of GOT7 Youngjae has one video that features the K-pop star and his well-known pet dog named Coco. In particular, it is a behind-the-scenes video of his photoshoot for "Ars X Coco," which is his clothing line in collaboration with his dog. The video was uploaded in May 2020 and it was also included in reports back then.

While many fans expect the singer owns the platform, GOT7 Youngjae took to his official SNS accounts on Jan. 18 to share that he doesn't have a YouTube channel. In his Instagram story, he shared a screenshot of the YouTube channel and wrote on it, "I don't do YouTube... what is thiss......lololol." He also tweeted, "I don't have YouTube everybody...hahaha."
While the video on the YouTube channel seems to be the official clip for his clothing line, he could mean he doesn't have a personal YouTube channel as the platform might be for "Ars X Coco" instead.
The presumed channel of GOT7 JB also has one video that shows the teaser for the artist's very first exhibition called "Alone," which took place in October 2020. JB himself also clarified on Jan. 18 that he doesn't have a YouTube channel via his Instagram Story, where he shared the screenshot of "Def. Exhibition" and wrote, "I'm not on YouTube yet."

Meanwhile, GOT7 recently trended worldwide on Twitter as fans congratulate the members in starting a new chapter of their career as either a singer or an actor. Along with messages cheering on the members, IGOT7 included "#GOT7NewPage" in their posts and the hashtag trended around the world at No. 1 with almost half a million tweets. Fans also trended "#7ORNEVER" and "7ORNOTHING," which were also in the top 10 of the most-tweeted hashtags.
GOT7 is a 7-piece boy group that debuted under JYP Entertainment on Jan. 16, 2014. The band recently celebrated its seventh anniversary with the fans. And today, Jan. 19, is the expiration of the members' exclusive contracts with the record label, thus officially marking GOT7's new chapter.
