These Are The K-Pop Couples We Ship This Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and many of us have been waiting for this very day to come. As K-Pop acts continue to make waves in the global scene, avid followers of these South Korean artists have become more eager to dig deeper to find out more about their idols.

Dating rumors are part of being a public figure. While it is normal that romance speculations plague one idol to another, some stars have decided to play it safe and keep details of their relationship status under wraps. This Valentine's Day, we have listed all K-Pop couples that we are shipping right now:

BLACKPINK member Jennie and EXO Kai

Dating speculations have surrounded BLACKPINK member Jennie and EXO member Kai for quite some time before the latter's rep confirmed that they are, indeed, an item. It was in 2019 when the romance rumors were put to rest. Reports have it that the "Ice Cream" songstress and "Call Me Baby" hitmaker have started seeing each other in October 2018 after they both attended the Paris Fashion Week. It was claimed that BLACKPINK member Jennie attended the Chanel fashion show while EXO member Kai graced the Gucci fashion show.

BLACKPINK Jennie and EXO Kai seemed to have confirmed their romance on social media when they both shared snaps of them at the Eiffel Tower. At the time, the co-member of Jisoo, Rosé and Lisa captioned her post with: "Had the most romantic dinner admiring the Eiffel tower."

HyunA and Dawn

Another popular K-Pop couples among fans are HyunA and Dawn. The former 4Minute and Pentagon members confirmed their romance in August 2018 after months of speculations.

At the time, Dawn said they finally decided to make their relationship public as they wanted to be honest to their avid followers. He even revealed that he and HyunA had struggled to look straight into the eyes of their fans knowing that they are hiding something from them.

HyunA, during an interview, divulged that she and Dawn developed feelings for each other after they performed on stage together. The songstress said she met her boyfriend when he was still a trainee and started going out exclusively in May 2016.

TWICE member Momo and Super Junior Heechul

There is no denying that Momo and Heechul are among the most popular K-Pop couples today. The TWICE and Super Junior members, reportedly, met in 2017 before they became close and started dating. Both Momo and Heechul confirmed their relationship status through their respective agencies - JYP Entertainment and SM Entertainment's Label SJ - in January 2020. At the time, JYP Entertainment shared that the TWICE and Super Junior members have been exclusively dating for months before they finally had the courage to make their romance public.

TWICE leader Jihyo and Kang Daniel


Though Jihyo and Kang Daniel confirmed their split in November 2020, avid followers of the two continue to ship for them. JYP Entertainment revealed that the TWICE member and "Who U Are" singer ended their relationship after over a year of exclusively dating.

Jihyo and Kang Daniel did not reveal the primary reason behind their shocking split. However, rumors are rife that it should be due to their hectic schedules. Reports even claimed that the TWICE member and former Wanna One singer do not have time for love at the moment due to their rising careers.
