Jisoo Takes First Place + All BLACKPINK Members Clinch Spoys in the TOP 4
Fron Feb. 13 to Feb. 17. Choeaedol held a poll titled "Which girl idol would give lots of pocket money to their parents?". The poll garnered 88,236 participants, with Jisoo snagging 23,900 votes, effectively taking first place. She took home approximately 27% of all total votes.
But she is not the only BLACKPINK member to rank high! In fact, all of the BLACKPINK members ranked within the top 4. Following after Jisoo is Rosé, who garnered 21,044 votes, or approximately 23.8% of the votes. Sitting in third place is BLACKPINK member Jennie, who got 20,873 votes, or approximately 23.7% of the votes. Finally, the last BLACKPINK member to rank in the poll is Lisa in fourth place, taking home 19,627 votes, or approximately 22.3% of the votes.
"THE SHOW," "Snowdrop," solo debuts, and More: BLACKPINK's 2021 Activities So Far
On Jan. 31, BLACKPINK concluded their first live stream concert, "THE SHOW." The concert was held in collaboration with YouTube Music. It was originally meant to take place on Dec. 27, 2020, but was rescheduled by YG Entertainment due to new COVID-19 pandemic regulations and guidelines announced in South Korea.
Jisoo is currently in the middle of filming for the JTBC drama "Snowdrop," where she will star alongside Jung Hae In. The drama is set in 1987, and Jisoo will be taking on the role of Eun Young Cho, a warm and loving student who hides Im Soo Ho (Jung Hae In) after the mysterious student storms into a female dormitory covered in blood. She tends to his wounds and shields him despite facing danger due to being under close surveillance.
Rosé, on the other hand, is preparing for her solo debut. The idol has already completed the filming of the music video, and YG Entertainment released a promotional teaser for her debut. During BLACKPINK's online concern, "THE SHOW," Rosé performed her solo song "Gone."
