BTS, TXT, EXO, BLACKPINK & More: These are the Most Followed K-Pop Artists on Twitter in February 2021

More and more people have started appreciating K-pop music and a prove to that is the growing popularity of various South Korean artists across social media. On Thursday, March 4, the names of the most followed artists on Twitter on February 2021 were revealed. Keep on reading to know more about it.

BTS, TXT, EXO and Stray Kids Dominate the Most-Followed Artist List Last Month

BTS, as usual, made it to the top again. The first official Twitter account of Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, J-Hope, RM, V and Suga garnered more than 691,000 followers in February 2021 alone. The group's second official account on the said platform garnered more than 668,000 last month, securing the Big Hit-formed band two spots on the list.

Coming in the third spot is TXT, which generated a total of 271,986 followers on Twitter. EXO, on the other hand, amassed more than 267,000 followers, which landed the group at the No. 4 spot. GOT7 member BAMBAM wrapped up the top 5 after garnering 249,470 followers.

Other stars who made it to KGraph's most-followed K-pop artists on Twitter in February 2021 list are BLACKPINK with 233,088 followers, GOT7 member Jackson with 229,751 followers, NCT with 220,813 followers, TWICE with 197,813 followers, and ENHYPEN with 194,165 followers.

The domination of BTS on the list does not come as a surprise to all ARMYs since the group continues to make waves in several music charts and online streaming platforms up to this day. As a matter of fact, Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, J-Hope, RM, V, and Suga also had the most-liked music videos last month.

BTS Garners More Than 15 Billion Streams on Spotify Already

Meanwhile, it was revealed that BTS has made another milestone on Spotify recently. According to reports, the Big Hit Entertainment-formed group got a total of 15,390,077,670 streams on the said platform already.

The "Map of the Soul: 7" album, alone, got 2,604,908,450 streams as of March 3. "BE: Deluxe Edition," on the other hand, garnered more than 1,290,000,000 streams. The statistics just prove how popular BTS is.

Other BTS albums have also been performing really well in the Billboard Top Albums Sales chart. "BE" nabbed the top spot, this week, followed by "Map of the Soul:7" at No. 15, "Skool Luv Affair" at No. 74, "Love Yourself: Tear" at No. 86, and "Map of the Soul: Persona" at No. 88.

If that is not enough, the "BE" and "Map of the Soul: 7" albums also secured the first and second spots in the Billboard World Albums this week. "Love Yourself: Answer" placed at No. 5, followed by "Love Yourself: Tear" at No. 6, "Skool Luv Affair" at No. 11, and "Map of the Soul: Persona" at No. 14.

"Dynamite" has also been dominating several charts on Spotify. This week, the chart-topping song of the South Korean boyband placed at No. 19 in the Global chart. The track is also listed in the U.S. and U.K. charts at No. 86 and No. 148 spots, respectively.
