Though competition among K-pop groups and idols is inevitable, these queens only know how to fix each other's crowns by supporting and comforting their co-female idols!
In line with #HappyWomensMonth, the following female idols prove they are commendable as they stood up and served as a shoulder to lean on by their fellow female stars. Not that they only show a "true queen" attitude, but their acts also empower female idols in the industry, especially in this time where bullying incidents and controversies have been rampant in the industry.
1. f(x) Amber called out a netizen who insulted her co-members' weight, especially Sulli
On the 134th episode of "Hello Counselor," f(x) appeared as a special MC, and one of the problems they encountered is the female guest who shared how her brother is always criticizing her body and would call her "pig" despite being underweight.
The main host would ask the brother then if about his thoughts about f(x)'s weight, and he bluntly answered, "They are pretty, but there are parts where they could still lose weight."
He then added, "For Sulli, (she could lose weight) on her arms and calves." The late idol immediately apologized and responded she would lose her weight.
But Amber didn't take the brother's insults and responded he shouldn't hurt others despite having his own preferences. The female star also affirmed to Sulli that she's fine as she is.
Lastly, the maknae Krystal roasted the brother and shouted, "Gain some weight!"
2. (G)I-DLE Shuhua and Miyeon fired back at a netizen calling the former "ugly"
Shuhua once held a live broadcast to communicate with fans, but it didn't turn so well when a netizen called her "ugly." Instead of being hurt, Shuhua told the netizen to leave her broadcast and explained that she would not let them off easily if they do that to her friends.
Miyeon then entered the room, and Shuhua would narrate the whole incident. Miyeon hugged her and defended her by addressing the netizen and said, "You stop doing that. Where is the ugliness in this face?"

3. BLACKPINK Jennie assured Lisa's Thai fans that the co-members will take care of her
In 2019, the prominent group visited Bangkok, Thailand as part of their "World Tour with KIA [IN YOUR AREA]," when Jennie then took the stage, saying, "Lisa is truly a strong and positive person... We will take care of her."
Fans assumed she addressed the previous controversy about K-netz criticizing Lisa's appearance, that the news even reached her homeland.
Jennie's words warmed BLINKs heart, a proof of their love for their youngest member.
4. TWICE members comforted Sana when she broke down in tears
In 2019, Sana was criticized for talking about Japan in one of her posts despite living and earning money in Korea. On their way to a music show, Sana was then seen teary-eyed, that she had to hold Tzuyu's hand to calm herself down. According to fans, the female idol was apparently pressured by the amount of press present in the venue, and at the same time, happy for the support she was getting from ONCEs.
Nevertheless, all TWICE members gathered around her to make her feel safe, while Nayeon and Momo held her in both arms to help her walk to the building.
5. AKMU Suhyun, TWICE members, and BLACKPINK comforted Red Velvet Yeri
During the 32nd Golden Disc Award, IU honored the late SHINee's Jonghyun when she won the title for "Digital Daesang." Among the idols who were touched by her speech was Red Velvet Yeri, also nicknamed as the "little sister" of Jonghyun because of their sibling-like relationship. She couldn't contain herself and broke down into tears as IU sang her poignant "Dear Name."

AKMU Suhyun and TWICE Nayeon comforted Yeri by hugging and covering her from the camera, while Red Velvet, TWICE, and BLACKPINK members all looked at her with concern as well.
