BLACKPINK Rosé's 'On the Ground' Teaser Video Easily Garners 7 Million Views + Album Surpasses 210,000 Pre-Orders

BLACKPINK Rosé shocked the world when she dropped the official music video teaser of "On the Ground" on YouTube on Sunday, March 7. BLINKs, as usual, have warmly welcomed the clip that it surpassed a record-breaking number of views in less than a day since it was released.

On Monday, the teaser video of BLACKPINK member Rosé for her upcoming track called "On the Ground" has already surpassed the 7 million views mark. At the same time, it was able to gather more than 1.4 million likes and more than 159,822 comments on YouTube.

The clip showed BLACKPINK member Rosé sitting inside her car while sporting a purple-colored dress topped with a white fur coat. The co-member of Jisoo, Lisa, and Jennie looked so exhausted from a day's work. In the latter part of the video, Rosé took off her dress and opted for a casual look with her black sweater.

The end part of the video flashed the name of BLACKPINK member Rosé, alongside the official title of her upcoming new single and its release date. Though we are still days away before the "On the Ground" track finally hit the music stores, devoted supporters of the South Korean female idol have been showing their unwavering love and support on social media.

If that is not enough, the imminent "-R-" album of BLACKPINK member Rosé has also been pre-ordered more than 210,000 times on KTown4U already. Of course, the statistics are expected to balloon in the coming days as more and more BLINKs continue to buy copies of Rosé's first-ever solo EP.

BLACKPINK Rosé Curated Her Own Playlist on Apple Music

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK member Rosé surprised fans when she created her personal playlist on Apple Music recently. The list includes all the songs that the co-member of Jennie, Lisa and Jisoo love to listen during her leisure time.

The playlist has a total of 25 songs. Among the tracks included on BLACKPINK member Rosé are "Good Days" by SZA, "Feeling Good" by Nina Simone, "Emotions" by Mariah Carey, "Waterfalls" by TLC, "Isn't She Lovely" by Stevie Wonder, "Adore You" by Harry Styles and "Needed Me" by Rihanna.

Devoted followers of BLACKPINK Rosé noticed that the songstress also listed a song that she recorded with Lisa, Jisoo, and Jennie namely: "Lovesick Girls." It also featured her part on the chart-topping BLACKPINK single called "Whistle."

According to the description, BLACKPINK member Rosé decided to share her personally curated playlist in line with the celebrations of International Women's Day. It added that the "GONE" singer wants to talk about anguish, loss, and uncontrolled emotions through the songs she selected. In other news, the official Spotify account of BLACKPINK member Rosé has just been approved days ahead of her much-awaited solo debut.

At the moment, the page contains no tracks and details. However, the numbers of listeners and followers are expected to skyrocket immediately after the official release of the "-R" album on Friday, March 12.
