On March 12, various Korean news outlets released more information about Yunho, a TVXQ member who was investigated and charged for violating the method of preventing infectious diseases and surpassing the regulated curfew for business hours.
Surprisingly, the initial reports said Yunho stayed in a restaurant along with acquaintances, but according to the latest news, it turned out to be an illegal entertainment bar.

On March 12, MBC's "News Desk" reported that at the time when the police were cracking down on U-Know Yunho's drinking party, his acquaintances fought with the police and helped U-Know Yunho to try escaping.In addition to this, the physical fight intensified, some even said they would handcuff him. Police plan to charge the attendants with obstruction of justice.
In addition to this, according to reports, the bar U-Know Yunho visited is located in Cheongdam-dong, where there are no signs, and it is made of opaque glass, making it hard to see the inside.
Furthermore, it is operated under the membership system and was an illegal entertainment bar that cannot be entered without reservation in advance. It is registered as a regular restaurant in the district office, but it is actually different from this.
The investigation found out that the male idol has been drinking with his three friends and female employees until midnight, past the business hours, which is 10 pm.
As of the press, the idol's agency SM Entertainment and Yunho are yet to release their official position against these claims.

Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, it was reported that Yunho was investigated and will be charged by the police for violating the Act of Prevention and Management of Infectious Diseases.
Shortly after, SM Entertainment conveyed its official statement and apology.Along with this, Yunho also posted on his social media platform on Wednesday, saying,
"I'm sorry. I disappointed everyone who trusted me and supported me. I'm so ashamed of myself for not being able to keep the business hours while meeting and talking with my friends, and I think many people must have been angry and hurt by my wrong behavior. I deeply reflect on my violation of the quarantine rules, and I will become Jung Yunho, who keeps the Covid-19 quarantine rules more thoroughly and thinks and acts more deeply every moment."
However, there was no mention of escape, drinking, or physical fight.
