(G)I-DLE's 'HWAA', BTS' 'Dynamite' & More: These K-Pop Songs Have the Most Music Show Wins in 2021 so Far

The K-pop industry is, indeed, booming! However, this also means the competition has become tighter as more and more acts are being introduced and re-launched each year. Though fans can enjoy a variety of new music now more than ever, only a few of these are clinching an incredible amount of recognition and awards.

From "HWAA" by (G)I-DLE to "Dynamite" by BTS, these are the 7 K-pop songs that garnered the most coveted music show trophies this year so far.

1. "HWAA" by (G)I-DLE

As of this writing, "HWAA" by (G)I-DLE already gathered a total of 10 music show wins. The track was recognized in six major shows, namely "Inkigayo," "Music Core," Music Bank," "Show Champion," "The Show," and "M Countdown."

On YouTube, the official music video of "HWAA" already amassed more than 65 million views. It also gathered roughly 1.1 million likes and more than 244,164 comments.

2. "Celebrity" by IU

Coming in the second spot is IU's chart-topping hit "Celebrity." Just like "HWAA" by (G)I-DLE, the song also got a total of 10 trophies from music shows so far this year. She was awarded thrice on "Music Core," "Music Bank," and "Inkigayo." The South Korean pop star also nabbed one award on "Show Champion."

The official music video of "Celebrity" already got 55 million views on YouTube. As of press time, it also recorded more than 2.1 million likes and 114,715 comments.

3. "Don't Call Me" by SHINee

The return of Taenin, Minho, Key, and Onew turned out to be worth the wait as they collectively won six awards already. SHINee was conferred one award on "Inkigayo" and "Music Core," and two awards on "M Countdown" and "Show Champion."

On YouTube, the official music video of "Don't Call Me" already garnered 34 million views. It also was able to collect a total of 1.4 million likes and more than 164,086 comments as of the moment.

4. "Dynamite" by BTS

Most, if not all, ARMYs are aware that "Dynamite" has been named as the K-pop song with the most music awards in the 21st century. This year, the septet added four more awards to their list

The official music video of "Dynamite" already received a total of 933 million views on YouTube. It also gathered more than 25 million likes and more than 13 million comments as of this writing.

5. "Paranoia" by Kang Daniel

Securing the fifth spot is Kang Daniel's "Paranoia," which already has four awards in 2021. The K-pop idol got one award each on "Music Core," "M Countdown," "Show Champion," and "The Show."

On YouTube, the official music video of "Paranoia" already garnered 27 million views as of press time. It also was able to generate more than 419,000 likes and 44,260 comments so far.

6. "Rollin" by Brave Girls

Of course, the list would not be complete without "Rollin'" by Brave Girls. The track massively made a successful comeback several years after its official release. The group already received a total of three awards from "Show Champion," "The Show," and "Inkigayo" in 2021.

The new music video version "Rollin'," which was released two years ago, already gathered 3.3. million views on YouTube. It also got more than 100,000 likes and 7,717 comments.

7. "Burn It" by Golden Child

The new track of Bomin, Joochan, Donghyun, Jibeom, Kaehyun, Seungmin, Tag, Jangjun, Y, and Daeyeol has won a total of two awards so far in 2021. "Burn It" was recognized on "Show Champion" and "The Show" in February.

On YouTube, the official music video of "Burn It" already got more than 5 million views. It was also able to generate 146,000 likes and 42,691 comments as of late.
