Occupying the first place spot is BTS for their "Dynamite" music video. The "Dynamite" music video was released on Aug. 21, 2020. In Mar. 2021, the music video garnered 88,617,516 new views, bringing its end of the month total view count to 968,450,031 views.
The music video for "Dynamite" has broken numerous records. During its premiere, "Dynamite" garnered over 3 million peak concurrent viewers, making "Dynamite" the biggest music video premiere on YouTube. "Dynamite' is the fastest video to surpass 10 million views, doing so in 20 minutes. "Dynamite" is also the most viewed YouTube video within the first 24 hours, amassing 101.million views.
The "Dynamite" music video is the fastest music video to surpass the 200 million views mark, doing so in just four days and twelve hours. It is also the fastest music video to surpass 400 million views, doing so 35 days after its release.

Sitting in second place is PSY's music video for "Gangnam Style." The music video for "Gangnam Style" was released on Jul. 15, 2012. In Mar. 2021, "Gangnam Style" garnered 34,187,277 new YouTube views. By the end of the month, the "Gangnam Style" music video's total view count was reported to be 4,025,862,744 views.
As of Jan. 2021, the music video for "Gangnam Style" is the eighth-most viewed video on YouTube, having surpassed 4 billion views. "Gangnam Style" first surpassed one billion views in Dec. 2012.
