BLACKPINK Rosé Hits 13 Million Views on YouTube in Less Than 24 Hours with 'GONE' Music Video

BLACKPINK member Rosé just made another major feat after dropping the official music video of her first-ever solo album's B-side track titled "GONE." On Monday, April 5, the official music video of the said song garnered more than 13 million views in less than 24 hours since it was uploaded on YouTube.

BLACKPINK Rosé's 'GONE' MV Surpasses 13 Million Views

Rosé has proven, once again, that she is one of the hottest music stars today after the undeniable success of her album titled "-R-." The BLACKPINK member shared the official music video of her song called "GONE" on YouTube and avid followers of the K-pop idol welcomed it with a bang.

As of this writing, the "GONE" music video already amassed a total of 13,000,000 views on YouTube. The said clip also amassed more than 2.7 million likes and more than 423,212 comments. It is, currently, the No. 2 trending video on the popular video streaming platform.

The official music video of "GONE" showed an emotional Rosé as she takes an evocative trip through heartbreak. The clip kicked off showing the BLACKPINK member covered in a furry green-colored jacket while lying near a bathtub.

BLACKPINK member Rosé was also seen smelling roses cheerfully, then, twirling around with a handheld camera. Some parts of the music video showed the songstress standing amid a raging fire and throwing torn pillows furiously inside a dark room.

The co-member of Jennie, Lisa, and Jisoo released the official music video of her first-ever solo album's carrier single called "On the Ground" last month. As of press time, the said clip already generated a total of 134,178,322 views with more than 7.7 million likes and 1.7 million comments.

Both tracks included in the "-R-" album helped her nab the No. 2 spot on the Billboard Emerging Artists Chart on March 27. "GONE" entered the Billboard Digital Songs Sales Chart at No. 15 after selling a total of 6,000 copies.

BLACKPINK Rosé Breaks the Internet by Doing 'WAP' Challenge

Meanwhile, Rosé stunned all of her fans when she did the "WAP" challenge as part of her celebrations for hitting 10 million followers on TikTok. In the trending clip, the BLACKPINK member sported sweatpants and an oversized light gray-colored hoodie.

The K-pop idol kicked off the video with a high kick before hastily dropping and laughing as she finishes the dance steps on the floor. After 10 hours, BLACKPINK Rosé's TikTok video amassed more than 2.2 million views.

Cardi B, who popularized the song, retweeted the video of BLACKPINK member Rosé doing the challenge. The American rapper appeared so impressed by how the South Korean star managed to make her dance feel so innocent.

As of late, the "WAP" Challenge video of BLACKPINK Rosé, which the idol uploaded on Sunday, April 4, already got more than 3.1 million likes. It also garnered more than 238,100 reports and more than 256,400 comments.

These numbers are expected to increase in the coming days as more and more fans discover the idol's adorable clip on the popular video-sharing platform. Most, if not all, fans can recall that BLACKPINK member Rosé joined TikTok in March as part of her promotional activities for her first-ever solo single titled "On the Ground."
