BTS's "Spring Day" Selected as the Top Song That Best Represents Spring
StarPlay recently held a poll titled "Spring is Here! What is the song to listen to in spring?" Topping the list is BTS's 2017 release is "Spring Day," which garnered 50.01% of the total votes.
It is no surprise the song ranked so high - "Spring Day" was considered a huge commercial success in South Korea, topping all eight of the major South Korean music charts upon its release, including MelOn, Mnet, Genie Music, and Olich.

"Spring Day" is the longest-charting song on the MelOn chart and is still charting to this day.
"Spring Day" was the sixth best-performing song in Feb. 2017, according to the Gaon Monthly Chart, based on the song's digital sales, background music (instrumental) downloads, and streaming. Overall, during the year of its release, "Spring Day" was the 13th best-performing song in South Korea.

In the United States, "Spring Day" peaked at the top of the Billboard World Digital Songs chart, making it BTS's first number one on the said charts.
PENTAGON's "Spring Snow" Selected as the Second Best Song That Represents Sping
Trailing after BTS is PENTAGON with their song "Spring Snow," which garnered 22.35% of the votes. "Spring Snow" was released in 2019 as a b-side from their "Genie:us" album. PENTAGON started promoting "Spring Snow" on Apr. 16, 2019, for a week.

"Spring Snow" is described as a happy and heart-pumping alternative rock song that talks about the group's experiences from the Spring of 2018. The lyrics are written by members Kino, Yuto, and Wooseok. Kino is also credited for helping produce the music for the track.

MAMAMOO's "Spring Fever" Selected as the Best Girl Group Song That Best Represents Spring
After PENTAGON's "Spring Snow" is MAMAMOO's "Spring Fever" at third place, which amassed 7.49% of the total votes. "Spring Fever" is a b-sidetrack from MAMAMOO's 2018 album, "Yellow Flower."
"Yellow Flower" is the first installation of MAMAMOO's "Four Seasons, Four Colors" project, focusing on spring. So it is no surprise that "Spring Fever" was able to rank so high!

"Yellow Flower" debuted and peaked at the top of the Gaon Album Chart, making it MAMAMOO's first number-one album. At the end of the year it was released, it charted at number 87 on the Gaon Album Chart's yearly edition for 2018. In the United States, "Yellow Flower" peaked at number seven on the Billboard World Album Charts/
The song "Spring Fever" was co-written by member Moonbyul.
