BLACKPINK continues to make waves on several online streaming platforms and music charts. On Monday, April 12, it was revealed that Jennie, Lisa, Rosé, and Jisoo have made new records on YouTube, Spotify and MelOn again.

BLACKPINK Achieves New Records on YouTube
BLACKPINK is, indeed, unstoppable! The South Korean girl group just made another history after it garnered a total of 17 billion views on their official YouTube channel. The new feat also made them the fastest female act to ever hit this milestone.
Other most viewed female group channels on YouTube are Fifth Harmony, with 6.9 billion views; Little Mix, with a total of 6 billion views; Pussycat Dolls, which garnered 2 billion views; AKB48, with 1.9 billion views; 2NE1, with a total of 1.8 billion views; TWICE, which generated 1.7 billion views; Destiny's Child, with 1.4 billion views; and Spice Girls, with 943 million views.
As of this writing, the official YouTube channel of BLACKPINK has a total of 354 uploaded videos. Among the most-viewed popular clips are the official music videos of "DDU-DU DDU-DU" with 1.5 billion views, "Kill This Love" with 1.2 billion views, "As If It's Your Last" (Korean version) with 991 million views, "WHISTLE" (Korean version) with 643 million views and "Playing with Fire" with 638 million views.
BLACKPINK has garnered more than 59.9 million subscribers on YouTube. From January 2021 to March 2021, the foursome has amassed more than 4.4 million subscribers, making it the second most subscribed K-pop channel on YouTube this year.
The official YouTube channel of BLACKPINK Jennie, called Jennierubyjane Official, got more than 6 million subscribers this year so far. Lisa's channel, on the other hand, generated 2.04 million subscribers while Rosé's channel got 2 million subscribers as of March 2021.

BLACKPINK Continues Reign on Spotify and MelOn
In that is not enough, BLACKPINK also achieved another milestone on MelOn lately. It was revealed that the biggest girl group in the world has broken the 1.6 billion streams mark on the said platform already.
This week, four songs of BLACKPINK made it to the MelOn Top 100 Chart. "On the Ground" by Rosé secured the No. 6 spot while "Lovesick Girls," "Gone" and "How You Like That" nabbed the 23rd, 33rd and 52nd spots.
Among the longest-running songs of BLACKPINK in the Top 10 of the MelOn Weekly Chart are "Lovesick Girls," which stayed in the list for 22 weeks, and "How You Like That" and "DDU-DU DDU-DU," which dominated the tally for a total of 16 weeks each.
On Spotify, BLACKPINK has also surpassed 20.8 million followers. The group just needs 50,000 more followers before they become the sixth most followed group in the popular online music streaming platform.
It was also divulged that BLACKPINK has amassed over 650 million streams on Spotify, as of today. The "BLACKPINK IN YOUR AREA" album got a total of 257 million streams while "SQUARE ONE" generated more than 451 million streams. "Kill This Love" and "The Album," on the other hand, generated 767 million and more than 1.3 billion streams as of this writing.
