BLACKPINK member Jennie is not just a good rapper and dancer as she is also among the K-pop idols that fans look up to when it comes to fashion. On Thursday, April 22, reports claimed that the "SOLO" hitmaker is set to appear on the cover of the upcoming July/August issue of Harper's Bazaar Japan.

BLACKPINK Jennie to Reportedly Grace Harper's Bazaar Japan Cover
The South Korean star's bold and exquisite fashion choices have cemented her as a budding fashion icon of her generation. So, it comes as no surprise that various fashion magazines have been convincing BLACKPINK member Jennie to grace their covers.
HMV&Books, an online bookstore based in Japan, has started accepting pre-orders for the upcoming Harper's Bazaar July/August 2021 Merged Issue with BLACKPINK Jennie on the cover. The description revealed that the imminent special edition of the said publication would feature the chic and stylish fashion story of the "How You Like That" singer.
It even noted that BLACKPINK member Jennie's cover interview would be placed in over 10 pages of the forthcoming issue. Not only will the July/August issue of Harper's Bazaar Japan focus on the South Korean rapper as it would also be discussing the future of fashion and getting in touch with different cultures, including the so-called Korean Wave or K-Wave.
Reports have it that the special edition of Harper's Bazaar Japan with BLACKPINK Jennie on the cover would be released on May 20, 2021. So, devoted followers of the "Lovesick Girls" hitmaker should watch out for it.

BLACKPINK Jennie Surpasses 700,000 Followers on Spotify
Meanwhile, Jennie just made reached another milestone of Spotify after she garnered a total of 700,000 followers recently. The latest feat just made the BLACKPINK member as one of the most followed K-pop idols on Spotify.
Not only that because she is among the most streamed female K-pop artists on the said popular online music streaming platform. As of this writing, BLACKPINK Jennie already amassed more than 303.2 million streams. In 2021 alone, she garnered a total of 29.6 million streams.
If that is not enough, BLACKPINK Jennie also generated more than 2 million monthly listeners as of April 20, 2021. Her first-ever solo track titled "SOLO" also got a total of 285.2 million streams on Spotify.
Aside from Jennie, BLACKPINK member Rosé has also been making waves on the popular music website. As a matter of fact, she already collected more than 136 million streams since her "-R-" album was released on March 12.
BLACKPINK, as a group, also achieved another major feat on Spotify recently. The all-female K-pop band surpassed the 21 million followers mark earlier this week, making them the 11th female artist to make it this far and the very first female group to ever reach such a milestone.
Aside from BLACKPINK, other most followed female acts on Spotify include Ariana Grande, who nabbed the No. 1 spot, followed by Rihanna and Billie Eilish on the second and third ranks. Taylor Swift and Beyonce wrapped up the Top 5. Adele, Selena Gomez, Dua Lipa, Shakira, and Camila Cabello, on the other hand, secured the Top 6 to 10 spots.
