BTS Suga Workout Routine 2021: Here's How 'Dynamite' Hitmaker Achieved His Perfect Abs and Lean Body

BTS member Suga is known to be not only an excellent rapper in the K-pop industry but also an outstanding producer whose works are always a hit. In addition to his impeccable talent, his incredible visual and body figure has many fans falling for him.

BTS Suga Workout Routine Unveiled

Being part of a K-pop boy band, which is always expected to show an amazing performance on stage, BTS Suga, alongside his bandmates, would always take the time to rehearse the choreography almost the whole week. This routine is revealed to be one of the main reasons why the "Daechwita" singer is so flexible and lean.

Suga and the other BTS members usually practice for two or three hours a day or more when it's needed. With this, the "Eight" producer manages to burn many calories and stay fit and in shape. Since dancing has been part of his career, it's no wonder why he considered it as part of his workout routine.

Apart from dancing, BTS member Suga also exercises for two hours daily. In a particular BTS episode on Bangtan TV, it was unveiled that the boy group would always do bodybuilding workouts to warm up before taking the stage. The rapper also does these workouts every day, including push-ups, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, crunches, leg raises, and plank.

When it comes to consuming food, BTS Suga always makes sure to reduce his food intake. Hence, he has a created a unique and shocking diet. He mixes orange juice with chicken or combines grape juice and banana with chicken breast. Additionally, the "Dynamite" hitmaker never eats after 6 p.m. and drinks lots of water to remain hydrated.

BTS Suga Celebrates Birthday with Donation + Reaches 1 Billion Streams on Spotify

Suga celebrated his 28th birthday on March 9. In commemoration of his birthday, he donated a total of 100 million won to help kids who are experiencing financial problems, particularly those who are suffering from pediatric cancer. This is not the first time that BTS's rapper gave donations. He has been donating since 2018.
