TREASURE will be opening a pop café under the name TRUZ Café. In partnership with LINE, the café will feature the characters the rookie group created.
TREASURE Finally Opens TRUZ Café in Japan - Available Until July
On June 10, YG Entertainment announced that the TRUZ Café, which is created through the collaboration of TREASURE and the global creative studio LINE FRIENDS, will be operated in Omotesando Street in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan starting today (June 10) until July 17.

Omotesando is called "Tokyo's Champs-Elysees" because of its colorful brand shops and European-style outdoor cafes. There is even a complex space that focuses on fashion and culture, drawing a lot of people who are into fashion to the location.
In the opening of TREASURE's TRUZ Café, an array of cute menus will be served, particularly character-inspired dishes and desserts. Food such as hamburgers and pasta, as well as adorable sweets like ice cream, hotcakes, and croissants, will come with a flag and tags featuring a TRUZ character.
A total of 12 cute plates for each character will be available, as well as the café's original products and special benefits. Food and beverage prices at TRUZ Café range from 660 JPY to 1,760 JPY.

Apart from the food and drinks, there will also be various goods that will be put on sale. There will be badges and keychains decorated with 12 TRUZ characters, as well as items like clear files, pouches, tote bags, stationery, and more that are all exclusive upon the opening of TREASURE's café in Japan.
TRUZ is the name given to the 12 characters TREASURE made with LINE FRIENDS. Each member of the boy group made the appearance, personality, and story of each character.
TRUZ is available on the mobile messaging app, LINE. The characters are even released as dolls, and fans can purchase them through LINE FRIENDS Korea's official smart store and online store.
TREASURE Releases First Full Album in Korea and Japan
Besides releasing their TRUZ characters with LINE FRIENDS, TREASURE also dropped two full-length albums this year.
In January, YG Entertainment's new boy group launched their Korean full album "The First Step: Treasure Effect," which comprises a total of 12 songs, including the title track "My Treasure." This album is the final installment of the group's "The First Step" series.
On Jan. 13, TREASURE's first full-length album ranked first on the real-time accumulate sales of Hanteo Chart. It also placed No. 1 on the Gaon Weekly Album Chart, and soon went on to score the top spot on Gaon's monthly album chart for January 2021.

TREASURE's "The First Step: Treasure Effect" sold more than one million copies, demonstrating their potential of becoming a rookie monster. The group became a million-seller in just five months after their debut.
On March 31, YG Entertainment's new boy group released their Japanese debut album, which has the same title as their first Korean full album. It consists of the title track, "Beautiful," plus the Japanese versions of all their previous works.
TREASURE"s Japanese debut album charted at No. 1 for four days on the Oricon Chart and eventually debuted atop the Oricon Weekly Album Chart with 57,000 total copies sold.
