Never going out of style, MONSTA X flawlessly executed their promotional activities for their latest mini-album, "One of a Kind."
The group officially completed their comeback with their appearance on the SBS' music program "Inkigayo" last June 13, performing their hit song "GAMBLER."
Ever since "One Of A Kind" was released last June 1, MONSTA X has relentlessly unveiled a series of charming and luxurious stages in the performance of "GAMBLER," the title track of their latest album.
Furthermore, the aesthetics employed in their previous music show performances included props that perfectly recall the music video and the concept of a heist - with the members wearing a range of outfits from stylish and classy suits to imposing all-black outfits.
The members first made their live performance for "GAMBLER" on the KBS2 program "Music Bank" last June 4.
The music video for "GAMBLER," released alongside the album on different music sites, has already garnered more than 31 million views on YouTube two weeks after it was launched. Written in part by members Jooheoney and I.M, it also marked the first lead single of the group produced by Jooheoney himself.
Additionally, Hyungwon wrote the song "Bebe," specifically to express their love and gratitude to their devoted fanbase, MONBEBE, and helped produce "Secrets." I.M also worked on "Rotate," where he had songwriting and production credits.
"One Of A Kind" also showed MONSTA X as a global group by placing in various singles and album charts around the world. The album itself currently peaks at number 3 at the South Korean Gaon Album Charts, as well as breaking into the top 10 of the Japanese Oricon Album Charts.
Further, all of its songs have entered the Billboard US World Digital Songs chart: "GAMBLER" peaked at #5, while "Addicted," "Secrets," "Rotate," "Livin' It Up (Korean Ver.)", "Heaven," and "Bebe" sweeping the eleventh to the sixteenth spots respectively.
