Which K-pop idols do you want to meet the most while visiting summer vacation destinations? In a survey conducted by Research First, BTS and BLACKPINK are selected as idols best fit for summer spots!
On July 27, the online research company, Research First, announced the final result of the survey they conducted with the theme, "Which idols are best suited for summer vacation spots?"
The survey was participated by 1,000 men and women over the age of 20 through the online platform, GS Panel.
BTS and BLACKPINK: Idols People Want to See on Summer Vacation Spots
BTS and BLACKPINK were selected as the best idols for summer vacation destinations. Based on the result revealed on the 27th, BTS ranked No. 1 for the male category, garnering 52.3% of votes.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK ranked first in the female category with 16.2% of the votes.
Indeed, the global group BTS are completing K-pop enthusiasts' summer vacations despite pandemic with their new releases.
On July 9, the top K-pop group dropped their hit track, "Permission to Dance." On July 23, they also gifted fans with an R&B remix version of the same track, which attracted favorable feedback from music listeners.
Aside from their recent releases, BTS is also selected for numerous summer advertisements and CFs, supporting the overwhelming results of the survey.
Along with BTS, BLACKPINK, selected as the first place for the female category, is ready to meet fans worldwide this summer!
In June, YG Entertainment announced that the quartet is preparing for a total of five events to commemorate its fifth debut anniversary with fans.
Among the five projects include "BLACKPINK: The Movie," a special documentary that will unveil the members' journey since their debut.
Lisa is also scheduled to debut as a solo artist in August. Her solo activities and the group's project activities are expected to heat up the already hot summer.
Research First also released survey results for "Entertainer who seems to fit well as a horror entertainment MC." At the end of the survey period, famous broadcaster Yoo Jae Seok ranked first for the male category, while Jang Do Yeon sits atop in the female category.

BTS Marks All-Kill on K-Pop Radar Weekly Charts
On the same day, BTS proved they are the "biggest boy group in the world" with an all-kill record on K-pop Radar's "Weekly Charts."
According to the fandom data-specializing platform, BTS attained an all-kill record by topping K-pop Radar's "Weekly Charts" for three consecutive weeks.
As per the data released, BTS' "Permission to Dance" music video topped the list for the third consecutive week, with about 32.42 million views during the K-pop Radar's tally from July 18 to July 24.
"It is the first time that an artist has been at the top of the K-pop radar weekly chart for three consecutive weeks," K-pop Radar said.
As for the K-pop Radar's "Top 10 Most Viewed MV on YouTube" for the third week of July, BLACKPINK songs "DDU-DU DDU-DU" and "KILL THIS LOVE" also entered the rankings at No. 7 and No. 9, in order.
