Is Red Velvet Joy Dating Crush?
Red Velvet member Joy and Crush are reported in a relationship.
On August 23, South Korean news outlet Sports Chosun released an exclusive report stating that Red Velvet member Joy and Crush are currently dating.

Back on May 20, 2020, Joy and Crush worked together on a song. Joy featured on Crush's song "Mayday," which was the lead single of his album "Homemade 1." At the time of its release, "Mayday" topped the charts on several South Korean music reports.
According to the report, since both of them have dogs, the two are carefully forming their love by going on regular, ordinary dates, such as walking their dogs together.

Regarding this report, Crush's label, P Nation, initially released a statement saying they are confirming if the reports are true. Once they are done with that, they will announce their position on the matter.
P Nation Confirms Crush and Red Velvet Joy are in a Relationship
Following the report from Sports Chosun, P Nation announced they would be verifying the facts. Soon after, P Nation released a statement to South Korean media outlet Osen, saying, "After a relationship as senior and junior, Crush and Joy recently started dating."

SM Entertainment has yet to release a statement on the matter.

Red Velvet Recent Activities
On June 9, 2021, SM Entertainment announced that Red Velvet was gearing for a comeback with a new album in August. On August 16, 2021, Red Velvet made their much-anticipated comeback with their sixth Korean-language extended play, "Queendom." The album contains six tracks, including a title track of the same name.
Upon release, "Queendom" debut at number 177 OCC's UK Digital Albums chart for the week of August 20-26, 2021. Additionally, "Queendom" topped the iTunes Top Albums Chart in 50 countries and regions.

"Queendom" also saw success in China, topping the QQ Music and Cougou Music Digital Album Sales charts. In South Korea, the title song "Queendom" peaked at the top of the Genie, Bugs, Vibe, and Momople charts.
On the day of the album's release, Red Velvet held an online fan meeting titled "inteRView vol.7: Queendom" through Naver V Live's Beyond LIVE platform.
Crush Recent Activities
Crush enlisted for his mandatory military service on November 12, 2020. Prior to his enlistment, Crush released his fourth extended play, "With Her," on October 20, 2020.
