After losing 12kg in a month, 19-year-old Lee Young Ji's appearance attracted attention for her shocking transformation - from a high school rapper to a girl group visual due to her idol-like beauty!

On September 10, Korean rapper Lee Young Ji flaunted her beauty at par with female visual idols with her latest uploaded photos.

In response, numerous music fans praised her upgraded visual and praised her determination to lose weight in a month.

On her Instagram, Lee Young Ji who just turned 19 on this day certified her birthday with the caption, "HBD to me..."

Lee Young Ji Loses 12kg in a Month? Allure Korea Reveals the Rapper's Diet

Earlier this September, Lee Young Ji shocked the music scene with her weight loss, announcing that she was able to lose 12kg through constant exercise and diet.

In particular, women's magazine Allure Korea highlighted Young Ji's exercise method, centered on Pilates and core exercises.

The process includes, (1) Shoulder press + deadlift + lunge at once, (2) one leg squat, (3) Rond de jambe (long sleep), (4) Tende (Tandes), (5) Plié, and (6) Pike.

By doing it five minutes a day, it will develop basic physical strength, along with adjusting the body's proportion.

Lee Young Ji rose into popularity after winning in Mnet's " High School Rapper 3." Aside from her rapping skills, she was also loved for her variety show skills which she showcased during her appearance in MBC's "Hangout with Yoo," and KBS's "Comeback Home."

Moreover, the young rapper also joined tv shows such as "Do You Know Hip Hop," and "Good Girl."

On September 21, Lee Young Ji will release a new song after her single, "Compromise," dropped in 2020.
