BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" is finally out, and it quickly set a new record for the fastest debut music video to hit 10 million views on YouTube in history!

On Sept. 10 at 1 p.m. KST, BLACKPINK member Lisa made her long-awaited solo debut with her first single album, titled "LALISA," which features the title song of the same name.

"LALISA" refers to BLACKPINK Lisa's birth name, and the song expresses the power of a name.

Lisa's single album and the music video for "LALISA" were simultaneously released. In the music video, BLACKPINK member Lisa tried to show the various sides of herself through her outfits for each set.

Some of the notable scenes are when Lisa pole danced and sported a traditional Thai outfit.

"LALISA" is a hip-hop song with a dynamic rhythm and bold brass riff composed by Bekuh BOOM, 24, and Teddy. It contains lyrics penned by Teddy and Bekuh BOOM.

In just three minutes after BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" MV was uploaded, it already surpassed 100,000 views and 100,000 likes, displaying her unbelievable global popularity.

After an hour, the "LALISA" music video crossed nine million YouTube views. And after 30 more minutes, the MV has ultimately hit 10 million views.

After reaching 10 million YouTube views in one hour and 30 minutes, BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" MV already broke numerous records.

In particular, "LALISA" is now the fastest debut MV to hit 10 million views on YouTube in history.

BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" is also now the fastest music video by a K-pop solo artist to reach the 10 million mark.

It is now the second-fastest MV by a female K-pop artist to cross 10 million views in history. It has surpassed the previous record of two hours and 55 minutes set by "Ice Cream" by BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez.

"LALISA" MV now follows BLACKPINK's "Lovesick Girls," which achieved the milestone in only 53 minutes.

Moreover, BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" has become the fastest MV by a female soloist in the world to exceed 10 million YouTube views, breaking the record of two hours set by Taylor Swift's "Me!" featuring Brendan Urie.

As of writing the "LALISA" MV has accumulated 15 million views and 1.5 million likes on YouTube.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK Lisa's solo debut song is also doing well on Korean music charts.

At 2 p.m. KST on Sept. 10, "LALISA" debuted at No. 5 on Bugs, No. 25 on Genie, and No. 34 on MelOn.

The B-side song "MONEY" also entered Bugs and Genie, claiming the Nos. 14 and 111, respectively.

In its first hour on MelOn, BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" had 23,481 unique listeners. It has also crossed 5,000 likes on the platform.

At 3 p.m. KST, "LALISA" jumped three spaces to score No. 2 on Bugs, while the song stayed inside the Top 30 on Genie and Top 40 on MelOn.
