AOA Seolhyun Reveals Her BMI + Dieting Tips on ‘Bubble’

AOA Seolhyun Spills Diet Tips, BMI, and More on Bubble

On October 10, AOA member Seolhyun took time out of her day to communicate with fans on the fandom application Bubble. There, she shared her current weight, BMI, muscle mass, body fat, and diet tips for her fans. In the screenshots she shared, Seolhyun revealed she is current 48.7kg.

Her muscle mass is 21kg while her body fast is at 10.2kg, which means her body fat percentage is 20.9%. Her BMI is currently 17.5.

Seolhyun showed off how close she is with her fans, saying that there is nothing to hide between them and that she can share things like BMI easily. She then proceeded to share her diet tips.

Seolhyun recommends fans drink two liters of water daily, saying that doing so can help them lose at least a kilo of their weight in a week. However, she stresses that it must be plain water and not coffee. Also, no additives should be added to the drink. She states that if you are unable to follow this, you will be unable to lose weight, as this is the easiest way to shed pounds.

To lose belly fat, Seolhyun promotes clean eating. The idol states that one should avoid alcohol to lose belly fat. For the lower body, one must be willing to stick with their diet for a long time. Going on and off a diet repeatedly will not work.

Seolhyun states that you can eat anything you want as long as you stay within your calorie deficit and that you will not gain unless you go over your calories! For nutritional purposes, Seolhyun recommended balancing out your macronutrients.

If you really want to drink alcohol, Seolhyun recommends opting for a zero beer or drinking until you get so drunk that you won't want to drink for the next few days. The Good Luck songstress revealed that her favorite beer is Tsingtao, but she drinks Hite now because it has the lowest calories.

She tells fans to take care of their liver, not just their stomach! As the liver cancer seminar ambassador, Seolhyun revealed that it is much better to drink just once in a while, even if you get drunk than to drink frequently in moderation! For those who want to drink alcohol, she recommends this tactic.
