On various online communities, there is a heated debate over the drama starring the female idol (G)I-DLE Miyeon.
In particular, on the 13th, a poster for the original TVING drama "Adult Trainee" was released. Although there are numerous K-pop enthusiasts and viewers who conveyed their excitement prior to its premiere, some think that it is a burdensome topic for idol members.
Based on the released synopsis, "Adult Trainee" is a web drama that depicts 'pink comedies' of teenagers whose undergoing hormonal changes.
The romance comedy-drama will be composed of 7 episodes – telling the story of Jaemin, who is addicted to self-stimulation, Yura, who is a Confucian girl who started a dangerous escape with a male friend, and Na Eun, who is an overweight who is in search for a tough boyfriend.
Along with Miyeon, Ryu Ui Hyun, Ryeoun, Kwon Young Eun, Kim Min Ki and more will also play a role in showing how teenagers deal with worries and love.

Although the drama aims to showcased an education drama that features raw worries and love stories of teenagers for Gen Z,
some say that it is a bit burdensome to say that it is a drama featuring idol members.
Those who are against (G)I-DLE appearance in the drama commented, "I don't know why Cube Entertainment (Miyeon's agency) wants to appear in such a work," "Do you think this is Europe," "Is there anything to benefit from Miyeon's appearance in that work?" and "Now she will receive a lot of sexual harassment comments."
On the flip side, some web users expressed their opposite thoughts, saying, "Why are there so many inconveniences?" "If you make a drama well, you can properly promote your sexual notions," "Drama is just a drama," "I think you're too immersed," "It's a little unfortunate," and "We will know after watching the drama."
