The third week of October will be jam-packed with various colors of music, from ballads to trendy genres, as more K-pop artists are scheduled to make their highly-anticipated comebacks. Among these artists are IU, CL, SEVENTEEN, CNBLUE, and many more!
Here are the Upcoming Kpop Comebacks Scheduled in the 3rd Week of October:
UP10TION Lee Jin Hyuk
UP10TION member Lee Jin Hyuk will kick off the K-pop comebacks in the upcoming week with his fourth mini-album "Ctrl+V," which is his first solo work in five months.
Lee Jin Hyuk's new album is set for release on Oct. 18 and it features six songs, one of which is the title track "Work Work."
DAVICHI
Another artist who will return to the music scene on Oct. 18 is the South Korean pop duo, DAVICHI. They will drop a new song, entitled "My First Love."
"My First Love" will be the duo's first release in about six months since "Just Hug Me" was dropped in April. The new track will be a ballad with the motif of the memory of first love that was as short as the momentary season of autumn.

IU
"Nation's Little Sister" IU will make her comeback on Oct. 19 with a new digital single, "Strawberry Moon." This new song is her first work in about seven months since the release of her fifth full album "LILAC" this past March.
In a recent interview with ELLE, IU shared that "Strawberry Moon" was created from her desire to make an easy song that will not make the listeners think too much or feel sad when they hear it. And that she hopes fans will be able to enjoy it in a very comfortable way.
INFINITE Nam Woohyun
Another boy group member who is set to release a new solo work is INFINITE Nam Woohyun, who was just discharged from the military this past August.
On Oct. 19, Nam Woohyun will make his first solo comeback in two years and five months with his fourth mini-album "With." The album's title track "Calm & Passion" is an R&B pop genre with a dreamy atmosphere and features a heavy bassline, a simple yet sentimental beat, and the idol's soothing vocals.
Notably, INFINITE member Nam Woohyun co-wrote the lyrics for "Calm & Passion."

CL
CL is another female solo artist who's scheduled to make a comeback in the third week of October. The former 2NE1 member will finally drop her first full album "ALPHA" on Oct. 20.
CL's "ALPHA" will be composed of 11 songs including her four pre-release singles: "HWA," "5 STAR," "SPICY," and "Lover Like Me." It also includes seven new songs including the title track "Tie a Cherry."
CNBLUE
CNBLUE's comeback is also scheduled to take place on Oct. 20. The South Korean pop-rock band will release their ninth mini-album "Wanted," their first work in four months since "Zoom" was dropped in June.
CNBLUE's "Wanted" focuses on the wrong relationships and ties that surround us, and the courage to break them. The album's title song "Love Cut" is a rock genre song that exudes the atmosphere of the late 19th century.
KINGDOM
The new K-pop boy group KINGDOM has also joined the lineup of K-pop comebacks in the third week of October. The rookie group will release their third mini-album "History of Kingdom: Part 3. Ivan" on Oct. 21.
KINGDOM's new album will showcase an expanded worldview with member Ivan as the main character. With this album featuring "Black Crown" as the title song, the group plans to unveil a new story set in "The Snow Kingdom."

SEVENTEEN
Finally, on Oct. 22, the global boy group SEVENTEEN will drop their ninth mini-album "Attacca." As self-producing idols, the group participated in the overall album work, led by member Woozi.
SEVENTEEN's new title track "Rock With You" is a rock-based song with an attractive harmony of powerful synth sounds, guitar sounds, and two-step rhythms. Member Woozi, Vernon, and Joshua participated in writing the lyrics, and Woozi was also named as one of the composers.
