KQ Entertainment to Take Legal Action After Sasaengs Used Tracking Devices on ATEEZ
On October 28 KST, KQ Entertainment issued a statement regarding sasaeng fans invading the ATEEZ members' privacy through illegal means.
According to the label, aside from sasaengs invading the members' private spaces and following them during their personal schedules, they have recently discovered that sasaengs were also using tracking devices and attaching them onto ATEEZ's cars to track their locations.
These sasaengs' actions have not only interrupted the group's activities, but have also caused psychological suffering.
With that, KQ Entertainment will be taking strong legal action and measure, and those who continue to do so will be blacklisted from all of ATEEZ's fan activities.

"Hello, this is KQ Entertainment.
First, we would like to thank the fans who always cherish and support ATEEZ.
Even though we have previously informed several times about the fan club etiquette and the prohibition of visiting private and unannounced schedule spaces, there are sill constant cases of privacy violations through illegal activities.
In addition, despite the retrains from the staff members, actions such as intruding on private spaces and following the artist on unofficial schedules just for personal interest have caused interruption in work and the psychological suffering of the artists.
In particular, we have recently captured circumstances of [sasaengs] furtively attaching tracking devices to the artist's vehicles to illegally collect information on their location. We have request the local police station to track it down for punishment without any leniency or agreement.
We will continue to implement the existing blacklist system and legal measures to respond to the infringement of artists' privacy, and those who violate it will be excluded from all fan participation and activities without prior notice.
We are also receiving reports on infringement of artists' privacy through the email below. We ask for your cooperation.
Email: protectkq@gmail.comOnce again, we would like to ask for your cooperation for the safety of ATEEZ and the fans, and for a sound fan culture.
Thank you."
