MONSTA X Minhyuk Expresses Frustration After Sasaeng Fan Calls Him During Birthday Live

Recently on November 3, MONSTA X's vocalist Minhyuk celebrated his 28th birthday by holding a Naver V Live broadcast to spend time with fans during the evening.

While Minhyuk was chatting with fans and answering some of their questions, he noticed that he had an incoming call on his phone.

After checking the caller ID, he then went back to talking with fans, revealing that a fan was calling him. "It looks like a Monbebe (MONSTA X's fandom) is calling me right now," Minhyuk said.

He then went on to ask the fan to stop calling him. "Please stop calling me. The person who is calling me like this isn't a real Monbebe. I don't see you as one," Minhyuk added.

Soon after, the call stopped, and Minhyuk continued chatting with fans. However, it started to ring once again a short while after.

Getting tired of the call, Minhyuk frowned and expressed his frustration, saying, "Ah, seriously! Stop calling me. We are having a party right now, so why is an uninvited guest bothering us. I didn't invite you, so stop calling me!"

In an attempt to continue on with the livestream unbothered, he set his phone on the "Do Not Disturb" mode.

Despite being on that mode, however, his phone rang again. Getting fed up, Minhyuk sighed and just said, "I turned on the 'Do Not Disturb' mode, but why is it still ringing?"

Fans who saw the scene expressed how they never saw this kind of expression from Minhyuk before and that with sasaeng fans, you have to become harsh with them.
