The lineup of K-pop artists for 2021 MAMA has been announced! On the list, top-ranking groups Brave Girls and NCT 127 will attend, along with "rookie monsters" aespa, ENHYPEN, and soon-to-debut girl group Kep1er.
On Nove,ber 25, 2021 Mnet Asian Music Awards (hereinafter MAMA) unveiled the star-studded lineup that is set to make the ceremony's stage on fire.
Brave Girls, aespa, ITZY & More: Here Are Female K-pop Acts Who Are Set to Attend MAMA 2021
In the list of female attendees, aespa, who has received global attention with three consecutive mega-hits such as debut song "Black Mamba," "Next Level" and "Savage" is expected to flaunt their charisma and influence as one of the top rising rookies in the K-pop scene in the ceremony.
Brave Girls, the protagonist of the hit dance craze "Rollin'" in South Korea will also participate in the awards ceremony. The quartet raised expectations as it will be their first appearance in MAMA since their debut.
Also, ITZY, who established themselves as "It girls" of the K-pop industry will join the ceremony as well, following the success of their recently released track, "Loco."
Lastly, Kep1er, a soon-to-debut girl group created through Mnet's global project "Girls Planet 999" will also meet fans first through MAMA ahead of its official debut on December 14.

ATEEZ, NCT 127, ENHYPEN & More: Here Are Male K-pop Acts Who Are Set to Attend MAMA 2021
Along with the aforementioned girl groups, ATEEZ, a male K-pop group loved for its solid worldview and perfect group dance were listed in the "2021 MAMA" lineup as well.
ENHYPEN will also be present, which has established itself as a rising star by recording as a "million seller" group a year after their debut. Together with ENHYPEN, its co-label group TXT who have grown as the "next generation of K-pop representative artists" have also confirmed their appearance.
SM Entertainment artists also raised anticipation after NCT 127 and NCT Dream confirmed their appearance at the 2021 MAMA.
In addition to them, JYP artists also avowed attendance from its artists particularly Stray Kids along with ITZY.
Lastly, top J-pop idol groups JO1 and INI also confirmed their participation and completed that MAMA 2021 lineup. Prior to the artists' lineup, it was initially confirmed that Wanna One will also participate in the event, along with Ed Sheeran.
On the other hand, MAMA 2021 will be broadcast live around the world at 6 p.m. (KST) on December 11. The awards ceremony will be hosted by the "Nation's Fairy" Lee Hyori, the first-ever female MC in history of MAMA.
